This is our 2nd year staying at this hotel. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful.

When booked I was supposed to have breakfast included in my rate and it was not. The hotel restaurant was not accommodating to my family. They were racist. We waited and hour for breakfast which never came. Not a coffee no water nothing. We left after waiting for that hour and went to a local IHOP. it’s terrible that this happened to my family and I’m almost certain I’m not alone. That’s bad business. They are on the losing end because my money was spent in another establishment which could have been spent at Four points.

Mediocre at best. It is loud and busy - quite a crowd at the resturant/bar with Karaoke! couldn’t park on the weekend bc of the bar crowd. Lobby is run down. No breakfast included. Wouldn’t recommend.

If You’re looking into staying here, just book it already! Staff here were really friendly, and Attentive if ever needed. The Hotel Is Very Clean, and the Attached restaurant is a great additive for a charge of course but definitely worth the expense. Right Across from Dorney Park (it’s a small highway with no nearby crosswalks but traffic wasn’t too frequent not to cross) Very Close To Nearby Shopping Areas and Dining Options! I Wish I Took Pictures!

Great for a quick stay

The property was located across from Dorney park. Which is great. Checkin was smooth. Got to my room after a long drive sitting in the chair provided out pops a bug crawling on the wall. Upon close inspection it was a roach. I left the room when straight to front desk. He came up and checked kill the bug with a tissue. Put us in a new room with had previous guest clothes left on the drawer. The toilet bowl was filthy, hairs in the shower, used soap on the faucet. Yellow stains on the bed. My daughter had apple juce for breakfast at the restaurant and it had crumbs in it. Uncleanliness is what I experienced. I had to purchase my own cleaning items after i asks the homekeeping on the please clean the room. I believed if the management overseeing the room. I could write a better review. Also i have pictures to back up my claimes.

Nice, convenient and well maintained. I checked in quite late and it was no issue for the staff. Good price for a nice hotel.

Close to areas of interest

Comfy bed, clean room. Didn’t like there was no more 2 bed room available which I had booked ! Bummer

Property was great! Right across the street from Dorney Park and plenty of stores and restaurants. My only complaint is the smell on the 3rd floor and the room. It smelled like mildew.

Loved everything about this hotel. It smelled amazing the moment you walk in only complaint is the pillows. Well definitely stay again.

Even though it rated 8.0 out of 10 on Expedia, I was completely surprised how good the place really was! It surpassed my expectations. I felt like I was on vacation even though I was there for a hospital visit. Keep it up!

Place is a great stay across the Dorney park. 10min walk to front gate. It doesn’t have a safe for belongings. The room was comfortable, very clean.

For a Sheraton, the toilet was terribly stained, the body wash was empty, the room had a minimal amount of towels and no extra toilet paper. The bed and room were lovely and very comfortable and the staff was very good.

It was very good, Yogi was very polite and helpful. Your resturant waitress was very polite and prompt. The food was sooo good cudos to your chef and kitchen staff!!!

The staff was ok in the room where I was the air conditioner didn’t shut off so at times it got very cold

I booked an accessible room for my mother who uses a walker for mobility. I specifically booked this room as opposed to others because they claimed to have a roll-in shower. I was also drawn to the property because of the advertised recent renovations. I was disappointed to find little evidence of recent renovations. The hallways are pretty run down as were features in the room. Once we got to the room, I was frustrated to find the shower was not a roll-in shower and the bathroom did not have a common accessible features (like a chair height toilet and bars on the walls). It was late and my mom was exhausted so she said she could deal with it all, but I was angry. Also, why would a hotel put the accessible room all the way down the end of the hall, the farthest from the elevator you can get?! By the time my mom got to her room, she was worn out. Do better, Sheraton!
