Great location and friendly staff!

Walking distance to the sites we would like to see. Friendly & accommodating staff (Christian, Peter and the our bartender). Clean & very historical atmosphere inside the building. The bathtub can be tricky for older guest.

The hotel is a good location for taking a walk to many major tourist attractions. I didn't like the size of our room--it felt small and crowded, plus there was an awkward small ledge at the entrance to the bathroom that was easy to trip over.

My wife and I loved that this property had solid air conditioning. Next…the breakfast was amazing and I am missing it already. I would stay here again just for the breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location was solid because it kept us close enough to downtown without having to be around lots of crowds. The hotel is a short walk to the metro. The customer service was excellent. Every person treated us like we were flying first class. Great bang for your bucks. My wife and I look forward to staying here again if we are ever in Vienna again. We highly recommend for many reasons…the welcoming atmosphere, the breakfast, the general location, and how comfortable sleep is are all just a start to why.

Very angry that this was a pay at hotel booking but they placed a hold on the amt due on my credit card several weeks before I got there.

Conveniently located, great breakfast

All the staffs at the reception desk were very friendly and nice with no exception. They were willing to help us at all time. I was very impressed with the quality of their professionalism of their service. Only a bit of dissapointment was the room was quite different from the photo I saw at the Expedia booking, and it was much smaller and older than I expected, but the staffs warm welcoming attitude surpassed. .

A beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast. 40 euros a night for a roll away bed is steep. I loved how quiet our room was.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable

I was told that parking is complimentary if is car parked on street, however I was charged 28 euros for the garage next morning I complained that I was clear about refusing that but stuff was persistent on those charges The same was about "complimentary" fridge, they charged me for the mineral water

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kaiserhof Wien. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is beautiful! The location was quiet and peaceful. It is in close proximity to a metro station. We will definitely return if visiting Vienna again!

Lovely hotel in the grand tradition. Staff at check-in was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located a tiny bit, distant from the tourist area, which means that there is not much open at night in the general area of the hotel. We surprised that there were no restaurants And no shopping nearby. But, things were maybe a 15 or 20 minute walk, which was really no problem. The room was delightful, large, and very well equipped. Good Wi-Fi, and good value for the money.
