It was a great stay in the city , the room we had was big with lots of room around the bed and a small sofa too and we had an amazing view over the swan river , we also got a drink on arrival and as our room was not ready , they gave us a free drink voucher , so all in all a great stay pps as it was my birthday I also got a free cocktail in the bar , we will definitely stay here again .

It was amazing. Service was excellent! They upgraded us to a suite! But the suite has not been renovated yet, so it looks a little dated. But still comfortable and it's huuggee!! So no complaints! Perhaps pan Pacific can adopt some eco friendliness measures such as refillable bottles instead of giving out single use plastic bottles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all aspects of the hotel. Mina in the Club Lounge was superb and ran a great facility which was delightful to attend. We will return. Thank you

There was no soundproofing. I could hear everything going on outside the room & hear the entire conversation clearly of the adjoining room. When I expressed these concerns, I did not feel they were taken seriously. We had no sleep due to the constant noise.

It was nice and quite - the renovations seem to be taking a long time - impacting first impressions and usability of the foyer area. I was offered a $20 upgrade to a view (I think most rooms particularly on the higher floors will have a river view??)

Disappointed that I wasn't notified that the property is undergoing significant renovations until AFTER I arrived at the hotel - too late! Room was nice. Valet parking took a bit of time dithering but everyone helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast nice. I'm sure it will be great when the renovations are done, but sadly that looks like it will take a while.

Hotel has renovations currently so it was a bit noisy , how ever the room was beautiful. Very comfy bed and pillows and I would stay here again .

My stay was very good. They are still doing their upgrades but knew of this before booking. Was busy at check in but was offered a drink while waiting. We did have an issue with our room but that was looked at straight away and when it could not be fixed was moved to a new room. Service was great.

From the beginning of our stay up until the last minute. All staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Every single one went above and beyond. The staff were happy doing their jobs and that was definitely the feeling in the entire hotel. Uma restaurant was one of the best that we have eaten at. The food was amazing.. The flavours made your mouth feel like it was dancing.. The atmosphere was a fantastic and funky vibe, very relaxing and enjoyable. Our waitress was so super attentive and made us feel like we were the only ones dining in the restaurant.. The renovated rooms are ready spacious with out having all the bulky furniture like most hotels have. We could not fault anything from the beginning of our stay until our department. Fantastic staff, service and surroundings.. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for making my birthday memorable..
