Front desk staff professional, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping (which was a nice surprise) was pleasant and helpful when we interacted with her. The hotel is undergoing renovations that will make it even a nicer. Bed was very comfortable. Just wish that the tv had a guide channel like other hotels in the area. All the buildings are accessed by going outside so was only a little damp getting to our room on the first night other days were dry so not a big problem

I booked through this site for two (2) nights.
Then booked a third night.
When I went to the desk to renew my door card access I was told the motel had not received payment.
I had to pay again.
It now looks like I have been double charged

We came after 6pm and they said our room is not ready. Made us wait 30mins
Then they couldn’t get the keys right either. We had to walk all the way to get it reprogrammed. No apologies, nothing!
Our room was loud! Heard everything from next room. Called front desk and someone picked up but then just hang up!!!
I had to knock on the next door to ask them to quiet down, it was 3am! They did a little but we could still hear.
Lastly, hot water ran out very quickly!
Never staying here again!!!

Loved the room! Spacious, clean, convenient. And the bathroom is what all hotel bathrooms should be like!! The counter was large and we so enjoyed that!!

Hotel is being remodeled which i didnt see in the hotel information. Due to the remodel, breakfast is not served, this needed to be noted. I would have chosen a different hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating for a late checkout.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a basic room at a fair price.
• Room air conditioning worked well.
• The towels were fresh.
• The TV channels were terrible and there was no menu to see the options, just old-fashioned scrolling.
• A night light would have been helpful as well as better lighting in general.
• The front desk employee wasn’t very friendly or informative, it was a late night shift. No check out instructions were provided.

The room was fairly clean. We found a sock under a table that did not belong to us. The room was updated and looked nice. The bed was too firm and we did not get a good night sleep. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly.

I made reservations for myself and family members to spend Sept 26th through Sept 28th because the hotel had a restaurant and bar that we were going to have dinner and drinks at to celebrate my son's wedding. When we arrived the restaurant and bar were under construction and not open. Jessica, the front desk manager offered me one night's room refund for our inconvenience. Jessica told me she would note my record that of such. When I called to get my refund, I was told that my record was not notated that I would receive a refund and I was told that my request for a refund was denied.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Even though it is an older facility, it is very well maintained and has a beautiful courtyard, gardens, and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and its price/value ratio is excellent. Truly, an unexpected pleasure.

I purchase hotel.com, I stayed on 9/14/24, originally room #158 Dirty, so we were moved to #253. I only stayed in 1 room, yet on my credit card charge $100 x2. I prepaid my room on hotels .com $122.99. So, clear my charges and return my money back to my account. I ask for management, yet rudly stated NO. Horrible experienc, dirty #158 all over the room.

During check in other guests alerted us they found bed bugs. The staff was kind told us to contact Expedia for refund and that was smooth and easy to do good job Expedia good job front staff at hotel but the proposals is terrible with bed bugs

This hotel has been our choice the last two times we have visited Pleasanton. They have a great pool and an all around great property. The rooms have been clean and nice with plenty of room for our family to relax in.

The only things would be the Restaurant and bar was not open and no breakfast option. Other then that staff was very friendly and it was peaceful. The pool was very relaxing and the scenery was beautiful.

Great location with lots of parking. The rooms are very big so you have extra space to get ready and store luggage. The vending machine for drinks was not working during our stay (wouldn’t accept any form of payment), but the front desk gave us free bottled water daily.

Room was dirty and smell like somebody smoked their previously … All new disposal cups that they provide in the room, smell smoky and Plastic was burned that the cup comes in..
