I’m confused by the high ratings this property received. Fake reviews? I think so! Our room was conveniently located which was the only positive during our stay. The clerk at check-in was nice enough but could’ve used a little personal grooming. The room smelled very musty with under tones of urine. Lots of body hair in the bathroom area. A few bugs, dead and alive. Breakfast was minimal and sketchy. I played it “safe” and stuck to coffee. The coffee was very weak with black floaters, not grounds. I was disappointed with our stay even for the price. Don’t fall for the positive reviews! Spend more $ and stay elsewhere.

This hotel was very comfortable, very clean and in great shape. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. I was there for several days and never had any issues.

The only thing I can think bad about this property is the AC unit was loose in the wall and every time it would turn on it would rattle the whole wall

We stayed here for the convenience to the baseball fields for our grandson's all star games. Luckily we were not here for the food nor the pool. The pool had a sign on it saying it was shut down by the city of Abilene. The water looked great so not sure what the issue was? Front desk told us chemicals needed balancing but for the 2 1/2 days we were there, never saw anyone address working on resolving this problem. Last morning, we went for the complimentary breakfast and there was barely any choices. One sausage pattie, a few potatoes, cold questionable egg patties? I reported it to the front desk and they came to "warm up" more food. It was cold, rubbery and they had not refilled the orange juice. We had eaten at iHops the day before but we were heading out this morning, thus went for the free convenience, not a good idea, lol. As far as location, it was near many restaurants, easy to travel to the baseball tournament and had a shopping mall a block away. It was clean and very reasonable, so I cannot complain about the price.

The room was excellent, but the food was horrible! The breakfast sausage was not done!

Friendly staff. Lots of parking even with trailer. For price it was clean enough. Dead bug in bathroom, sheets had stains/random crud, but everyone had been cleaned to minimum requirements. Its an old spot for a cheap price. The wifi might suck and somebody probably smoking a j in the parking lot, but its acceptable for a last minute crash so you can get back to driving in morning.

Good place to stay. Would do it again.

Didn’t know about a cash deposit so had to go to atm to get the cash. Some cracked tiles in shower, found a bug floating in toilet, other than that it was decent.

Basic. Somewhere to sleep.

We went with days in because we wanted to enjoy the pool and the pool was out of service so to no being cleaned.

Front desk very helpful

I came in at 1630 and the lady receptionist was very nice and kind. She catered to my needs, knowing I had driven 14 hours and gave my family and I a room right up front. The room was lovely amd very clean. Upon leaving at 0400, the gentlemen was very nice and checked me out with a smile. I definitely woll be stopping here on my return trip and future trips. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.😊

What I did not like was the pet smell in the room and some of the tiles in the bath had mold in the grout. It was reasonable for the rate.

Good location, easy to find. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Room was clean, how ever there was some hairs on the floor in the bathroom and only about 5 channels.

It was good and we needed getaway and the room was just what we needed.

The room appeared clean, but there was some kind of bug in the bed but I only saw one. I had several bites this morning. I showed the lady at the front desk a picture of the bug and she apologized several times. I want my money back.

It was nice and the stay was good but the pool was closed during my trip and i was upset

Dining area was open and ready by 6:00. Nice selection of breakfast items. Front desk and breakfast area was clean, cozy and nicely decorated.

old....everything is OLD.. chair was ripped, microwave rusted, spooky...toilet sheet was so low...coffee maker was dirty,dusty
