Went to the room they gave me… Was not cleaned….. Next room., no wash cloths, no mid range towels.. only big…. Ice machine on first floor not working… Ive stayed at this property many times… this time a disappointment…… May want to talk to your house keeping staff…… hope this is not a trend, if so, bye bye…

nice modern place with friendly staff. Room was noisy from adjacent rooms. pillows with very thick and firm which was hard on the neck.

If you are looking for a patient friendly hotel, keep looking. Beds are too high to transfer in/out of. If you are shorter than 6', your feet won't touch the floor when you sit on them. Staff will not help you in the evening if anything is missing from your room. Shower was broken for entire 10 day stay. Toilet was plugged first night - couldn't get it fixed until following day. No compensation offered for either. Room door was too heavy to get in/out of unassisted. There are no benches to stop and rest in any hallways. If you are recovering from Mayo procedures, you better be able to walk a long way. In the room you get a microwave in a cabinet on a shelf near the floor. There is hanging space for your clothes but no drawers for socks, or other non hanging clothes. Had to use the ironing board as a shelf. Room has inadequate power points. In the queen and double rooms, there is no seating besides the bed. My 10 day stay felt like 6 months - and not good ones. The shuttle service to Mayo Clinic is excellent, which is why I chose this hotel, but it wasn't worth all of the inconveniences.

All night there were noises coming from an hvac thermostat with a sign saying use the wall unit. They were relatively loud and kept us up several times during the night.

Mostly good. Should have requested handicap accessible. Toilet ran after flushing if didn’t adjust handle. Ceiling light in shower area only worked part of the time. No maintenance available.

Karen at the front desk is a wonderful asset to your team. Our stay was scheduled for 10/21-10/23. I called with questions regarding our stay and she was friendly and helpful, advising options. When I called to cancel my reservations, to unforeseen circumstances, Karen assisted me again. She was wonderful! Friendly and professional to explain what was going to happen with the charges. Thank you Karen for you patience and time with me!

I arrived at 10;00 pm. Staff was not readily available to check guests in or help existing quests. The room I received had terrible drainage and smelled of pets. Staff was not helpful. Just a bad experience was disappointed.

My stay was almost fantastic, except for one thing. Your walls are so thin to the point of hearing everythihng in the next room. talking , TV . I only got 2 hours sleep because of the noise. May I suggest those white noise machines that play rain, fan, waves, ect..to drown out what's going on in the rooms next door. I will be comming in next week again, Mayo appointment. I'll be the lady bringing in her own fan. Everything else was Fantastic!!! Thank -you

Everything was great except for a couple of cleaning issues. There was hair in the bath tub and the floor was grity.

The receptionist was very helpful, we had a very late check in and she made sure we were taken care of, she even went out of her way to help us.

Our stay was amazing it was peaceful and the staff was very friendly . We will definitely be back thank you !!

My only problem was the pillows. Big fat bolster pillows are not appropriate for sleeping!!!

My only negative comment was charging me $30 to check out at 1:00 instead of 11:00 am. I had a procedure at Mayo Clinic at 8 am and didn’t want to rush my recovery. I know the hotel wasn’t full, so the extra charge left a bad taste.

We travel to Mayo Clinic every 90 days or more. Having this hotel right next door is very convenient. It’s quiet, safe and newly refreshed.

The room was nice but had an odd smell. The pillows were very big and too firm. And we were so hot during the night we could hardly sleep. But freezing during the day. The heating/cooling unit did not show the temperature and did not let us move it up or down.

Nearness to Mayo Clinic was the big selling point.

Th location worked well with walking distance to Mayo. Staff was very pleasant. Room was not overly clean. Refrigerator wasn’t emptied of last guests drink, chair had crumbs and a fork, shower curtain was unsnapped
