Staffs were helpful and very kind. They even sent us a small cake for greeting our couples. Room was very clean. Bed and pillow was comfy enough to put me on a comma.

The location is perfect

The room was spacious. Having two TVs allow us to watch different programs in the bedroom n living room separately. Bathroom had separate shower compartment n a toilet compartment. Nice!

Good sized room and great central location. The pool was being refurbished and we did not know in advance. Breakfast was too pricey.

This was a great experience the hotel although slightly worn in places is undergoing a full renovation and assuming the staff don’t change will be an even more wonderful experience in future! The reason for this is down to the staff both the concierge team and reception were outstanding and went over and above normal customer service levels ( a special mention must also go to the Manager Parveen Kumar for superb service) I hope these reviews go back to the hotel as I am considering wring to the Hyatt executive about this excellent service.

This hotel is under renovation and is not worth at all No bars no lounge no pool. Room er old. Breakfast very expensive quality is low And restaurant don't serve bacon. They should close this hotel

Very few or almost no sitting areas in the lobby to sit and meet with guests for business meeting. Very limited sitting at bar and had to be put on wait list to get a sitting. Your options are either stand & talk, or had to go out of hotel to have a business meeting. I would skip this hotel when in town for business. Family vacation, yes.

I found out a day before my arrival that the hotel pool, gym and restaurant was closed and that the hotel was under renovations all day. I changed hotel because this situation was NOT disclosed on the booking website. I still had to pay for one night stay. A very disappointing experience!

Room is old. Desk light not working. Room lighting is lausy. Shower lighting is dark and drainage system is bad.

The Grand Hyatt now is quite old, our room is just ok.

Always pleasant to return back. However, pool was closed for renovation. Kids had to swim in the bathtub.

Hyatt used to be very good some 10 years ago. The Hyatt I saw today seems to have lost all its charm. The service was bad. The quality of food at Breakfast was bad. I stayed in the suit, the furnishings were very dated and old. The club lounge was very basic in its facilities and food offerings. At 1.3k per night, the room was overpriced.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff (both counter and housekeeping) were very accomodating. It was unfortunate we were unable to get a breakfast slot for both mornings when we were there (both 730am and 9am slots were full). Luckily there are options for us outside the hotel that were within walking distance. It was a good experience for us as a family for a short staycation.

The service was good, knowing that it was my child birthday, the hotel arranged a complimentary cake for him late at night. The only thing was the breakfast buffet items were served cold.

Staff were excellent. Overall very good room, EXCEPT: sewage smell wafting up from the bathroom drains mid-morning until noon. Also the AC seemed not very responsive or consistent.

Shower room leaking.

The trip was generally good with a few exceptions.1) The room I was allocated to had a faulty wardrobe cupboard. The door could not be closed properly2) The wooden path walking towards the pool area is worn out at some areas, I got a splinter stuck to my feet. The staff provided some basic support to try to remove the splinter.3) The external part of the room windows are not cleaned, thus affecting our view of the surrounding areas.

Check-in was easy and FO staff was friendly. Lovely room really enjoyed my stay. Aircon was cold enough in the room. Bathroom was clean. But Bed is abit hard and moves easily when your partner moves, so may disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. Overall, still an enjoyable stay. However, the only troublesome thing was the parking. After 9pm, access to the carpark lift and entrance door is closed, so it’s quite troublesome to head out or come back late. You will need to park and walk a big round to the front entrance of the lobby to enter. The other thing is that they only gave 1 complimentary ticket per day. So if you have to go out multiple times for lunch/dinner or just to run errands, take note of this. Also, when I asked the reception for parking rates, the first staff told me she doesn’t have that information. The 2nd staff tried to find that rates for me but took a little longer. I suggest that Hyatt should have the rates on hand easily. They should have such information for guests available.

Enjoyed the suite junior, great space for working and relaxing. Swimming pool can be more engaging and better equipped

The check in took a long time as there were many people checking in. We were told room was not ready dispite telling them we needed an early check in. Waited for 1.5 hours and room is still not ready. Eventually had to talk to their manager before we were given a room upgrade and she felt apologetic as our cake was spoilt due to the long wait and she also gave a cake from the hotel. Thanks for the great recovery.

Service was wonderful, many thanks to Cherri for upgrading our room for mother's day. The room had an amazing city view, very spacious and comfortable. The toilet however could maybe have better ventilation.

Overall it was ok. But, the rooms are not what we expected in a "5 star" hotel. The rent per night is not worth for the room size and condition. It is very very mediocre. The tables and furnitures are also very old in the room. I will be very careful next time when choosing the Hotel for stay.

Property, though dated, was still nice and elegant. Room was HUGE, with a bedroom and a separate "living room", very rare these days.However, equipment in the room needs serious refreshing. Television was old, channels were dated and picture was jerky. TV also couldn't be casted upon.Wifi was broken for almost a day (out of 3) and only fixed after informing help desk a couple of times. When it was up, it was fast and stable. Thankfully it came up so we could put on netflix/disney for the kids.Showers and bath was nice and powerful, no issues there.Lights were a little dim, and some light switches were broken (the night lights especially felt a little wonky and non-functional)

My stay was amazing, room was spacious and clean. Check in and check out was smooth as well, will definitely come back.
