Good hotel. Check in was fast and smooth. The room was large and clean. Its an older hotel, the room was traditional. No USB charge ports but the room was clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a downtown hotel.

It was a quick trip, and our stay was less than 24 hours but I would definitely stay here again. Hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Location was perfect within walking distance of our destination.

I was in town for the evening. It was close to the venue where I was attending a show. London Ontario is a nice town with nice folks.
The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms and surrounding area were clean. There was a full service restaurant and paid parking next-door.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and this is one of the better hotels in London I have been to. Pool is great and it’s a fun hotel for a solo business traveller or for a family stay, as well.

It is bad Hotel The service was there, not good at all and then even they don’t come to clean the room or they take the garbage from the room. We have to put the garbage in a front the door to take it. Nobody come even the area it was so bad they have many homeless there even I couldn’t park the car at the park from homeless and they charge for the park is not in including with the Hotel reservation

Very Bad hotel never I do this mistake again no save area homeless and no safe to park your car And they charge $25 per night and they said it’s any happening in your car. That’s not gonna be our fault. It’s garbage hotel.

Enjoyed being able to check in easily with very friendly knowledgeable staff and after the concert returning at the restaurant for a beverage just before closing but received warmly. Nice friendly accommodating staff. Clean. Comfortable room

The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly, but I was unable to locate a microwave through my stay, which was one of the listed amenities, so i was a bit disappointed to be inable to reheat any of my food. The Blake's restaurant inside was phenomenal though.

Comfy lobby area. Pool is cold and hot tub is too hot! Pillows are uncomfortable. Air-conditioning worked great and staff was nice. The parking garage is sketchy.

The hotel is old and needs an update. There was a worker in a scissor lift right outside our window that started grinding at 8am. We thought it was a very noisy vacuum cleaner & then opened our curtain to a construction guy in a scissor lift. We had gone to a concert and got home late looking forward to sleeping in, and that sure didn’t happen. We were not impressed especially for the cost of the room. Tub was filling up while showering and took forever to drain.
