Everything about breakfast was good except the sausages. They didn't appear to be cooked very well.

There was a dog barking his head off after midnight.

I was there to write an exam the next day. It was good to relax and study, have breakfast and write the exam.

It was all good.

The front desk staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Chatting with us upon check-in. The kitchen amenities and seating in our room were perfect for heating and serving our belated Thanksgiving dinner with our 2 older children who are in London for school. The room was spacious enough to have them to dinner, visit and play some card games together. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying some shopping together at all of the stores right next door! All staff we encountered during our stay greeted us and were very friendly. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean.

My room was very uncomfortable. The furniture was modern looking but soo uncomfortable. The room was ORANGE and not very relaxing. The bed was hard. There was only one USB port in the room on a lamp and it didn't work.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good.

The sofabed felt old and had spring mattress. The location is hard to get to and there is a xxx massage place next door.

The breakfast was great! Donna was friendly and on top of the serving of breakfast. Emily on the front desk was very pleasant. All the staff we passed in the halls smiled and said hello.

Wish the property had a pool.

Dirty sheets, comforter and half a bottle of pop in the fridge. My phone didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk. When I asked if I was put in a dirty room, the girl admitted that she didn’t know.
