Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

I understand they have to sanitize sheets and pillowcases, but they don’t smell great. A tiny bit of scent would go a long way.

Location, cost and facility has what we needed. Staff were all helpful.

Letting U.S. customers know that you do not take debit/credit cards when you check in. Reserved on booking.com with debit/credit card. When checking in, was told can't use that and probably no other hotel would either. That was a real shock, we are 5 hours from home and potentially no place to stay. There needs to be a way for you to tell customers about this! In the U.S., we can use the debit/credit card for that. Fortunately, I had a good friend willing to fill out an authorization by email to put it on their credit card, then I was able to pay when I checked out with my debit/credit card, and the charge was reversed on their card. So, I am not sure why your system is different than the U.S. system, because the hotels here do the same thing at check in regarding putting charges through and on hold so payment is guaranteed, but your system processes debit/credit cards differently. There was someone after me that had this same problem, but they had a credit.card they could use, and I don't.. So, that was a scary situation that was resolved, and I am grateful your staff made the authorization suggestion.

The property is clean, though outdated. We did not mind though. The room itself was incredibly spacious. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were flat - but anybody who has stayed in chain hotels knows that this is the standard. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints; if you are looking for a place just to spend the night, this property will fit well for your needs.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The plug in the bath tub didn't work. Also they don't except Visa debit I have stayed at many hotels before and used this card and it has never been an issue.

Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, we did have to wait for bowls but the person working the breakfast area was working alone and keeping everything full so she was busy.

The tv was a little tricky to get working.

Breakfast was good, offered scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, fried potatoes, and of course coffee & tea.

The towels could use an upgrade, they were thin and had an odd smell, must be the detergent they use to wash them in.

bed was uncomfortable. they took me I was getting the main floor and I didn’t . it had a smell to the room . the breakfast was good but the lady that was working there didn’t once smile . and she had a miserable look on her face .
