The carpeting in the hallways is a little dated. Needs to be upgraded.

The carpets are stained , restaurant closes at 9:00 which isn’t great for travellers getting in after 8:00. There was a hockey tournament and adults and kids filled the hallways on my floor drinking beer , singing , playing guitar running up and down the hallways , banging etc. In the morning the hallway was littered with beer cans and trash.

This hotel is TRANSPHOBIC they wouldn’t let me check in telling me that my ID was fake when it wasn’t and when I asked if it was because I’m transgender they told me to leave the property.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. And the staff was very helpful and polite.

Great pool, clean room, spacious. Quick check-in and out. Wifi worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were very impressed with the motel. Ramada has a good reputation and yours upheld it. From the outside, we were unimpressed, but once in, everything and everbody was excellant.

Outdoor building look was very deceiving ...not comparable to other nearby motels, but, once in the building - it changed our opinion immediately.

Convenient location for the purpose of this stay. Appreciated bar fridge & microwave.

Surprised that your facility is getting so warn out & rundown. Understand that you have a lot of families staying at your location but did not appreciate lack of parental supervision. Almost knocked out by older kids running wild. Staff should be able to address youth in these situations, especially when they could be causing harm to other patrons and damage to your property. I do realize that parents should be responsible for their children.

The location

It was a last minute booking. The photos are not in line with reality. The hotel itself including the rooms are not well maintained. There was a lot of noise from nearby rooms. The pool was full of screaming kids the entire time. It was like swimming at the YMCA, only worse.

The facilities are excellent for the price. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

Customer service must be impeccable. The staff just did their job. They should exceed expectations as this is a business and not charity. They should be happy to have guests, but I didn't notice that happiness. Just my 2 cents for improvement. Other than that, excellent!
