The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. they were even able to provide me with gluten free toast. The rooms were wonderful as liked to get together for a couple games of cards before bedding down for the night and having the sitting room part made it excellent.

You could make the cost a little bit less however we understand in these times the cost of everything is going up. Try and leave cost at least where it is now.

Location perfect , used for a hospital stay, accessible room , had walk in shower but poor water pressure

Room Had an obvious septic smell hubby poured water into floor drains but didn’t help. Only two cafe pods in room. No chairs in room

Didn't have breakfast. Lots of food places close. Close to hospital if you are having surgery or visiting.

I was over charged. I could not rebook my same room with you so was charged more for room than first few nights. I was charged for my cat daily when there was no housekeeping required.

Elevator was broken. First key and room was already occupied.

The staff were efficient, courteous and very welcoming. The pool was good and breakfast was great

The temperature of the pool area was a bit chilly and it was slippery when wet on the floor around the pool
