It had the softest and most comfortable beds

Overall it was okay!! The rooms toilet didn’t want to work correctly. One hallway had water all in the floor and had foul smell. Breakfast was good.

We showed up and had to wait over an hour to get into our room! (We got there at midnight too) and when we finally got into our room, there was a terrible horrible smell because someone apparently flooded the hotel. Nats and Bugs everywhere and the sheets looked like they haven't been changed in who knows how long. Stains everywhere, even on the curtains!

Checked in and the key cards had trouble initially opening the room door. Went out to my car to get the rest of my belongings and upon return the keys did not work. Went to the front desk and the clerk "re-programmed" them. Still wouldn't open the room door. The clerk then attempted to open the door and no luck. Most of my belongings were in the room (including medical necessities). She moved me to another room. Upon entering it was either not cleaned after the prior occupants or currently occupied (thank goodness no one was in the room when I opened the door!). Returned to the front desk and now a third room was assigned. The clerk did not have the master key to the first room so I had to wait in the third room for approximately one hour before having access to my belongings. All of this was the check-in/first day! (Three night stay). i kid you not - the keys for the third room timed out every single day1 i'd leave and upon return, i had to go to the front desk to have them re-programmed. Please remember they give you TWO keys - both timed out every single time. I swear I thought I was secretly being filmed for Candid Camera. The hotel itself is aged and mediocre at best even if the keys worked. It's affordable but still not worth the price. I would not return under any circumstance - I rather sleep in my car.

The hotel was convenient, we got a really good price, the room smelled musty. We got in late and left by 9am ish.

All was OK. Àdd said full breakfast which was a little misleading i would say it was better than continental but not as good as a true full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bagels, butter for toast. Etc. It did have boiled eggs. Yogurt sausage(i don't eat that) bread no butter or PB. Waffles. Oatmeal or grit packages. Juice. So was ok. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Ok stay.

Checked in at 9pm on our way to Fort Walton. The fridge had a bad stain and stunk, the door latch did not line up and the bed was a queen size instead of a king that we paid for. There were no other available rooms to move us too. The front desk kept saying they just opened up the third floor and apologized. They said they could not provide a refund since we went through Hotels.com. We were fine with a partial refund, but when Hotel.com talked to the management, they would not give a discount. They said since the room was non refundable, we got what we got. I say that is a horrible customer service attitude and we will never stay there again and don’t recommend for others.

The property was extremely dated. We stayed 3 nights and everyday our keys would have to be reactivated. There were only sheets on the beds and towels were not brought in. The staff was extremely helpful, but there just always seemed to be an issue.

The customer service to this property was great but the overall stay and property was subpar. The first thing I noticed once I arrived was how dirty the parking lot was but since it was early in the morning I decided to still go in because I was tired after being on the road driving for the last 13 hours. Once inside I notice that the hotel was dated overall with the building but it had slight renovations to try to make it look better. Checkin was a breeze and I was given my room keys. Once I got to my room the first thing I noticed was hair in the sink but for me at that time I wasnt going make a big deal about but once I got to the bed the top sheet had dirt all over it and the sheet underneath was even worse. So at that point I returned to the front desk and told the receptionist. Once told he apologized and gave me keys to another room on the same floor one door down. Once there I opened the door and the first thing that hit my nose was the smell of cologne and the bed was all in disarray like someone just got out of the bed seconds ago. So at that point I really wanted to leave but the timing of almost 1 am kept me there, so I returned to the receptionist once again and again he apologized and gave me another key two doors down on the same floor. I asked if they had anymore rooms on any of the other levels and he stated that they were all booked. So I continued back upstairs to my third room. Once there this room appeared to be cleaner, but it had a fridge that was dirty

Nothing unique

The state was very pleasant quiet a lot of shopping centers around. The staff was very nice and took care of issues quickly.

Cheapest at the time, nice staff. Got charged a $50 deposit AFTER checking in, website didnt mention a deposit. Dirty mirror and bathroom. No blanket, just basic top sheet. Broken picture frame. Broke piece of the tub just laying in the tub. Stair way smelled like urin at strange times. Ive stayed at some cheap hotels. This was by far the worst so far.

I have traveled all over the US and the world. But this place was beyond unsatisfactory. First, the room issued smelled like there was water damage. Beds didn't have a comforter and was missing from the room. The bathroom tiles were loose and had water under them. The shower head, and other fixtures including the tissue dispenser were rusted. The breakfast had nothing to offer and the front desk worker was the ONLY person working that day and was also in charge of replenishing the breakfast buffet which really had nothing to offer. My suggestion to all is to spend a few more $$ elsewhere. Wouldn't spend my money ever again in this place.

Sheets were not changed on the bed Bed had a urine spot and smelled bad. Pee was dried up on the Sheets and spread!!

Best hotel in the price range BY FAR but.....come on with that breakfast....if you're going to offer that pitiful breakfast just don't offer any at all

We had to get a different room because our first room was not cleaned. The hotel smelled like smoked.

Great and affordable!

The service was above and beyond. Such fantastic people and amazing manager. The room had not been cleaned the whole time we were there and at least the floor had not been vacuumed. We were able to get clean towels every day from the front desk. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. There were no blankets, but only sheets (which was totally fine for me as I get hot at night)

Service was great- room was pretty comfy- however the hair dryer was caked with someone’s makeup, the “complimentary “ shampoo/cond/ lotion…was set out and the lotion was empty. House keeping must have skipped over that area. The breakfast was completely gone by 8:15 and is supposed to be served until 9. It was a cheap enough room. When I discussed the issues with the front desk, she seemed genuinely concerned- so hopefully things got addressed. Overall, I would return.

This property was a nice clean and decently maintained property. I stayed here for almost a month and had a second room for my friend who was also in Mobile helping me do some work on a new house I purchased for my mother.

nice room... nice price. wish the breakfast was a little better...i wish they wouldn't offer any breakfast if that's the breakfast that they offer
