Helpful staff.

Short notice and had availability. I always try to book best western when I travel regardless of price. Hotel room was clean and tidy, AC was already on so the room wasn’t hot when we stopped. Only issue with cleanliness was the pipes under the sink. When you sit on the toilet you can see the dust build up on them has been there a WHILE. But everything else was clean and in good condition.

We asked for a room on lower level, which we got. But it was an ADA room. That was fine, but not necessary. And it was on the back side. To far from the car.

Stay here in Tucumcari

Very loud. Could hear people above and beside us. Nothing done when people started shooting fireworks in parking lot. Not a fan of all outside room doors.

Check in was quick and easy. Was able to get to the room very easily. Room was clean. The only thing I would change is the beds are very high and can be difficult to get in if you are disabled or elderly.

Large, well-appointed room. Has fridge and microwave. Bed was a little firm for me but husband slept fine. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast! Service very friendly. I would stay again my next time through. Close to a few fast food places, large grocery store, and a interesting-looking Mexican place (La Cita)

The homemade green chili at breakfast is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the dog area is nice. There are lots of nearby restaurant options. The workout room has good quality machines, including a Concept2 rowing ergometer, and the pool is great!

Old and dirty!

We were on our way to a funeral & we needed a place to sleep with our family. The hotel was comfortable & clean. Parking lot not big enough for all the guests.

I had planned on not leaving a review. But, felt it was necessary. Before I start, I would like to thank Jeff for his assistance. He was super understanding with the issues we had with our stay. I initially made reservations for a 2 night stay at this motel. Upon arrival we were provided a room that had standing water in the bathtub. The staff addressed this by giving us another room. But, that room was occupied. Thankfully I did not walk in on any extracurricular activities. We were then given key cards to another room. After that mess, I decided to not stay there another night. Main reason was for the safety and comfort for my wife. The next day I worked with Expedia and Jeff to get us out of the next night's reservation with full refund of the second night. Everything went very smooth with that process. I'll add that my dogs did not feel comfortable at this place. Hopefully, the staff reads my review and addresses this issues we had. If it weren't for those issues, then we'd pry have stayed the second night.

Such a nice place! Great room with comfortable beds. Really nice breakfast area with a lot of variety. A+ for staff.
