Good stay. Conveniently located close to I40, food and gas. I have to visit here a couple times every 2-3 months and it’s good for the price!

Cons.... WAY overpriced maybe worth $70.00 per night, very small parking lot, didn't feel very safe, parking in back is very small and not very well lite didn't feel safe parking in back, no elevator.

Our stay was nice and everything was clean. There was no shower curtain and when we finally went to the office because no one was answering the phone, they gladly gave us one and stated the phones don’t work. It was nice that you could enter your room from the outside or inside the hallway. Breakfast wasn’t the best but not bad. Juice machine didn’t work but they had apple juice in a pitcher. Nice, quiet town.

Traveling solo i was disappointed in the location and sketchy parking. I noticed a person looking into cars. Not very reassuring. Also the woman and man at the front desk looked less than casual and not very friendly however the worst for me was their cleanliness as entering the lobby all i could smell was BO. sorry to say both looked very unkempt.

I was booking this while driving down the road and didn't realize it was a motel. And although it is pet friendly, there is no pet relief area, only the alley behind the motel or the sidewalk -both littered with broken glass and other garbage. When I sent a photo to my husband, he immediately booked a room elsewhere. It did not feel safe for me to stay alone with our dogs.

It was disgusting . Flies in the room and roaches on the ceiling. I was in my room all of 20 mins and all of which I was in the phone with hotels.com trying to get a refund so I could go to a differ hotel. I was told I had to wait till the next day as my situation needed to be forwarded to a supervisor. I ended up checking out and getting a new room at a different hotel. Also I was traveling with my kids and there was so much weed fumigating the entire building that I didn’t want my kids around it. It was awful. Oh and the are trying to refund $10. Worst hotel experience I have ever had!

Wasn't planning on staying in Tucumcary but it was raining bad and we had been driving all day. 949 miles from Temecula CA. Room was clean convenient and comfortable. Slepped good. Got up at 4 am and was on our way to north east Tennessee.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal. Morning desk person was barely seen to restock breakfast items.

Stay was good but I had to put the hot water handle on. It was laying in the bottom of the tub. Also had to unclog the tub drain. It was clogged with bits of plastic. The ground-fault plug at the sink didn’t work and the juice machine at the breakfast bar didn’t work. Otherwise, the room was very clean and breakfast was good.

This hotel was nice for the price but did not get much sleep because of traffic going on the road and also the air conditioner was making a lot of noise. Breakfast was okay. Check-In wasn't nothing special.

Nice hotel, I had issues with my bill, manager was supposed to call me and after 5 days I finally called the hotel. The young lady finally figured it out and credited my account. They had a breakfast but there’s only room for about 4 people in the lobby. It was so so.

We stayed 1 night. It was good for a layover. They offered breakfast. The lobby was small for the breakfast but it was sufficient. No elevator for the second floor access, indoor stairs and indoor room access. The room was clean and no issues. Overall, not a bad experience. I didn't take photos because the website photos are true to real life

We arrived at the property and the place looked deserted. Tried to call the motel and there was no answer.
Tried to contact expedia, who we booked with and they could not reach anyone at the motel. Found a room across the street. Could not get a refund as the motel disputed it even though they were unreachable.

We stayed here twice on a road trip that took us through New Mexico. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we arrived at 5 AM for breakfast, waited 15 minutes and the breakfast was not ready(Except for hard-boiled eggs and yogurt) and no one was available at the front desk. The area around the hotel is somewhat rundown and abandoned, but the location close to the freeway is handy.

Nobody was at the front desk, difficult to get anyone to help front. When I did get service finally, they sent me to an occupied room. I had to come back and ring and yell for help...the woman that ran the front desk was unapologetic and had a lazy attitude. Based on the terrible and frustrating check in, Ill never stay here again. Lastly the cleaning crew opened my door multiple times without knocking first...I tried to rest and work a bit in the morning and the cleaning crew kept trying to clean....I understand, but knock first.

The area isn't the greatest looking, but this property does a really good job. Room was comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was plenty to start the day off right, and with really good coffee actually!

Okay, for a one night stay on a road trip. Breakfast was typical hotel Continental breakfast. Convenient location right off the highway. Had dinner at Dels and it was very good. Noisy water pipes in the room when showering, But other than that, it was a good stay.

This is a very small property located directly off of the I-40. The room is small and smelled like urine. The room door had what appeared to be bird poop on the outside of it. There were also stains on the linen. Also no where to take my dog to the bathroom.
