The property was fine the location was good. But the room was not what I expected. The bed was horrible and we had no hot water. We had to wait for maintenance to come fix whatever the problem was. They were aware of it because the maintenance man came with exactly what he needed to get the problem fixed. This hang up made us late to our event.

The overall stay was not bad, except for inconsitent fees and the most ridiculous pushy security guard I have ever seen. I was staying there with elderly father on our way to visit family, I needed some space and was sitting in the by the entrance to the physical fittness center that is open 24 hours while getting the break I needed and waiting for some laundry to dry, also 24 hour service, and the security guard out of nowhere appears and starts to question wether I was a guest or not. I was not upset at this not at all and understand that anyone could sneak in and just pretend to stay there. Its after he verifys that I am staying there he still insisted that I am not allowed to sit there. I was literley forced to leave the hotel and wait for my laundry to dry at a restaruant next door. Even after I came back in and went to get my clothes he came to bother me and try to make me go. I just told him not to worry tomorrow I will check out and not be coming back.

Tesla super chargers right in parking lot. Bathroom above Room 226 has been leaking right onto bathroom ceiling and has a damp smell.

Room on 4th floor was unbearably hot. Small room AC not able to keep up. Couldn’t get temp below ~90 degrees. Central air either missing or broken. Got moved to a room on the first floor where room AC unit was broken but temp was more bearable. Went to cool off in pool and it was stagnant and cloudy. This is the first time we’ve ever been disappointed by a Courtyard.
