As a four-star hotel just have luxurious lobby, but facilities are too old, the wash basin does not drain smoothly, the air conditioner does not work, the hotel is very noisy, and the sound insulation is very poor.

I booked it for the option of indoor and outdoor pool. It was great.

Our stay was great from start to finish. We were welcomed warmly, directed to our rooms, and greeted by every employee we walked by. Breakfast was fantastic as well as the selection. The specialty made omelette was fantastic! I definitely look forward to coming back.

Great location right outside of Boston

The stay was great other than the mattress. I booked a double bed room and both mattress were terrible for a Marriott.

Stayed for one night. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The lobby of the hotel is nice, however the 9th floor where we stayed could’ve used a bit more vacuuming and a little sprucing. We also had issues with the elevator. The room itself was nice and clean. Bathroom was newer and they did provide some toiletries. The ac was making noise at night. That paired with wedding party guests next door that were partying to the wee hours of the night (2-3 am), kept waking us up. The doors slam and are extremely loud at night. They had people coming in and out of the room with constant slamming. The hotel should have kept wedding guests together and separate from families. We’re a family with 2 younger kids, and we couldn’t rest well because of all of the noise. Lastly, there is no WiFi and they tried to charge $14 at checkout even though it wasn’t used. They did remove the fee with no issue. Overall, it was just ok.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for my Grandmothers funeral. This hotel was a pleasant place for me to stay and feel at home while away from home. My room was clean and presentable with no odors and the building itself was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely book here again when I’m in the area.

I have encountered couple issues with the property: 1. Bad customer service - The front desk didn't treat us nicely, and didn't provide proper information about their service. 2. Room phone - It's difficult to connect to front desk if you have questions or request for something. I have to walk to the front desk for questions. 3. The ice machine - It's out of order. I have to stop by the Bar on the lobby level for ice, and they only provided couple cups of ice, if I need more I have to request from the front desk. 4. Swimming pool - No new swimming towels in the morning, I was caught a cold because they didn't provide new towels and even though I have informed their workers but took long time to come. 5. Bathtub curtains - The bathtub curtain was not waterproof, each time we took a shower, the bathroom was floored, and I have to use the towels to absorb water every time we use it. I am requesting a partial refund because of all the incontinence. Thank you for your consideration.

I liked everything

No microwave in the room. Smelled like feet. Paid $228 for 1 night and it was horrible small and I couldn't even warm my kids milk up with no microwave I'm room. The staff was amazing kicking they made my stay so much better. Will not be going back

we went to the Marriott for a Wedding and the reception was at the hotel. Unfortunately, there were 3 older and drunk wedding crashers who kept coming into the reception and drinking the alcohol at the party and harassing the young girls. Several of us at the party (including the parents of the bride) told the hotel staff about these individuals, but no real action was taken and they kept coming back into the reception hall. This was disappointing.

Just what we needed for the night.

This is not a 4 star hotel as presented. More like a 2 star hotel. The Uber driver even asked me if it was a hotel or apparment complex. The very first day less than half paper toilet roll was left in the room, it took more than 3 hours since the moment I requested another roll on the second day and they never showed up and after calling service desk 3 times I had to go down to the lobby and requested in person. There was no ice in most of the floors definitely not on mine. Out of 3 elevators one was getting stuck all the time and the other stopped working, so by the end of my stay only one, for 9 floors. Definitely not going there again.

We see more than 4 insects room and required to change new room. On second night the door keypad is not working. I have to running down 2 times and final staff able to use special tool open the door for us.

Staff allowed early check and and were very helpful. Pools could use better maintainance.
