The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They cant even provide basic amenities like hot water to shower in.

If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.

We booked in order to visit Salem and the drive wasn't bad. It was reasonably priced and minus strange hallway smells (maybe residents cooking? I got the idea some people live here long term) everything was fine. I liked having a fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable. No major complaints at all.

I was concerned about carpet stains, bathroom stains and damage.

The hotel staff were very nice. The hallways smelled terrible. The room was OK. The room itself was pretty clean, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I’m gonna give it a solid three stars cause it was cheap and it’s a great location.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Had queen size bed which was perfect for me bring by myself. There was a mini kitchen with a microvve plus a stove on top which was great but I didn't cook anything though. Now that know it has one in there suites I will defining take a advantage of plus you may request pots and pans essential things to cook. The area was perfect if I wanted to go into the city there was a bus near by to catch to get near a train station m. Movie theatre around the corner from the hotel. A very quiet area it seemed like and I would recommend to stay there. FYI the breakfast consist of only muffins, coffee and oatmeal so if your looking for a real breakfast plan to go somewhere else for sure.

Our first room was on the bottom floor our massive window did not shut and lock major safety concern. Our next room is he bathroom was dirty !! There was a nightgown from the previous tenant left on the door . Tub was dirty shower curtain was gross mold on it . Our towels had dried blood . Half of the electrical did not work in our room . It was honestly an awful experience not worth the money I paid at all .

After traveling all day we went to check in at 10 pm and the person at the desk had nothing more to say than 'we don't have a room for you'. No apologies, no effort. You sold our reservation. It was after 1 am before we found another hotel to accomodate us. I'm not sure how that can happen, but it's wrong. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

The staff were friendly but the room I stayed in smelled heavily of cat pee, didn't feel clean, and the fridge was broken so the food I brought had to all be thrown away. Very disappointed.

You can see one in the photo helpfully posing on the silverware set * The hallways and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it notionally being non-smoking. The room I was in was not as bad as the hallways, but even now that I've left my clothing all smells like smoke * Staff did not respond to my maintenance request about a broken TV remote * The website and the card in the picture all say you can call to have dishes delivered. All was fine: convenient and clean. My only surprise came when I first entered the room --the heat was going full tilt, in excess of 80 degrees. I soon corrected this. Certainly not management's fault; likely the actions of the previous occupant. Other than this extremely minor (and quickly fixed) inconvenience, my stay was just fine. Thank you!

First off... They didn't have the room available that I booked online. They had to give me a different room that had one bed instead of two. The kids had to sleep on a pill out couch instead of a bed. Then we get to the room and it was DISGUSTING! It smelled musty, stains on the sheets, spiders on the sheets, and what looked like little black spots. The toilet was filthy and empty water bottles in random cupboards. The floor had dried spots all over it! The microwave was nasty inside!
