Pool was very cold. Carpet on floor of room was a bit worn.

decent price for the stay. comfortable. clean. free breakfast with many options including hot items. free parking. would stay here again.

i loved the free breakfast. the worker was named "lady" and she did a fantastic job even making the waffles in the waffle maker for us and had a sweet personality. Give her a raise.

Super fast check-in. Central location. 30 minutes from Oakland Arena - easy drive for concert. Bed comfy including pillows. Hotel a bit older but in good shape.

Overall the property was clean and nice. The two members of the staff I worked with were AWESOME. The only issue i had was the AC in our room. It literally did NOT work it was a million degrees in room 113 - and i should have complained to get another room but it was one of the concierges first or second day and i was exhaaaaaaausted from 12 hours driving. And it was only gonna be 2 nights. We ended up opening the window and jept the lights off it was cool enough. I would definitely stay there again for sure. Just not in that room. I hope they get the AC fixed.

Filthy carpet, sticky uncarpeted areas, broken shower faucet, sink faucet dripped, wallpaper peeling, mold. Reminded me of a motel you could rent by the hour.

Employees were very nice, u can hear the noise from the street, very little lights in the room, it’s dark

bathtubs do not have stopper, and it is expected that you clog it with washcloth per front desk. Bathroom sink was not draining properly.

Our stay at Best Western, Pleasanton was a very good one. Exceptional breakfast, clean and nice room. Only minus: 580 noisy for a sensitive ear.

The front office gentleman on 05/17/2024 @6ishpm was extremely rude to me and my family, and seemed to be extremely fidgety and couldn’t sit still. I was in town for a dance competition with my daughter and a misunderstanding through hotels.com about price and fees. I was willing to pay cash! And was refused. I was upset and he said he would call his manager and instead cancelled my reservation. it was last minute and I couldn’t find another hotel due to availability from the competition, so me and my 4 children slept in our vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked on Expedia nothing was said about 35$ per night pet fee. 140$ for 4 nights .

The microwave did not work, and the maids would not clean my room while I sat and watched tv. I was staying for a few days in a row and told them not to come back. Breakfast was free and was very good and the room was clean. The freeway is with in a few hundred yards and each room comes with ear plugs as a consolation. only one elevator in the middle of the building, but Denny's was right next door. Saturday Mgr. said they had no staff to deal with the broken microwave, but did not offer a different room either.

Wonderful we love it

Ours was a one night stay quick trip for medical reasons. Check in was a breeze and staff very helpful and courteous. Property was easy to get to in a great location and well maintained. We would definitely return.

It was noticeable that the property was updated. Though it was clean, there were small water roaches around the fridge, the room had a stuffy, musty odor which is easily remedied by an aerosol spray, and the shower head was not great for a short person.

It unnecessarily took a long time to check in. We came in late, obviously tired, and ready to go to a room and put down all of our things, and the male clerk was helping a man who was just shooting the breeze with him. The clerk asked us to sit down but then continued to talk about nothing related to hotels with the customer. It was a long unrelated conversation that should've been cut short out of courtesy for their other customers. Then we finally got to the hotel room and the beds and pillows were old, hard, and not comfortable. The mattresses have an obvious pit in the middle where it hurts your back if more than one person is sleeping in the bed. We also talked about going to the pool with the check-in clerk, but he failed to tell us we needed a different card key to get into the pool area that he also failed to give us. So we went out to the hot tub dressed to get in, and we were cold, and realized we couldn't get in, but didn't know there was a separate key for it. So after freezing for awhile, another guest had to tell us about the key because the same thing happened to them. There was just a lot with customer service that was neglected at this hotel. However, the female customer service person in the morning was very courteous and helpful.
