Convenient location

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Charging for the usual perks like coffee in the lobby for the guests or parking seemed unnecessary. This isn't downtown. Otherwise, a good stay.

Everything was nice. People were friendly and the shuttle transportation was awesome!

The hotel is deceptive on the outside, but amazing on the inside. Modern amenities, and I recommend including parking and breakfast in your stay. The courtyard area is nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

Not only was the price different from expedia, but the overall service at this hotel was terrible. I paid over $400 for a two day stay where housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms and there were no trash bags for the trash cans provided. I would also like to add that the walls are basically made out of paper and you can hear full conversations from your neighbor or even from people speaking in the hallways. The overall stay was subpar and unless you’re staying only in the Rosemont area I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re interested in driving to Downtown Chicago. Our drives were an hour and a half with traffic every time. The only positive thing about this stay would be their comfortable beds and the shower pressure / temp was pretty good.

An elevator wasn't working so many more guests had to travel past my door, which had large gap underneath letting in noise and light. The bed was horrible, mattress/boxspring on left side of bed slanted downward. I needed a pillow on my side to keep from rolling down off the bed. The television LEDs were going bad and had a purple hue on the upper part of screen.

Surprised no fridge or microwave. Room was extremely clean! Enjoyed the personalization on tv welcoming and then thanking me for our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and so so nice! Slept very well on comfy beds!

The stay was fair… they do not offer you anything, nothing complimentary, no waters, no usb chargers or ports in the room. Very basic, and I’m sorry, making guests pay for parking is just wrong… that’s what the room rate should cover. I know Chicago has pay to park issues, but come on… by the airport?

The bed was horrible and the pillows even worse. Better to sleep on the floor. Pay for the room and parking. Pool area had wet towels all over. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. Overall I would never visit again due to the fact that it was expensive and provided no actual rest.

Elevator not working, quality of corridors and rooms were not in sync with the hotel cost. Unable to accommodate for airport shuttle. Disappointed!

The front desk arranged for the shuttle to meet our daughter and family at the Blue Train station which was so helpful!

Upon arrival and check in I was informed that there was a $22.50 charge for parking. This was not stated on your site description. Also there is no way to park anywhere remotely close to the hotel other than paying the $22.50 per night

For anyone staying at this property because it’s near the hotel and has a shuttle? DONT DO IT. I arrived at O’Hare with my three kids and called for a shuttle at 11:42 PM. We arrived at the hotel, finally, at 1:00 AM after waiting an hour to be picked up at the airport. One elevator was broken, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and the room, when we finally got there, smelled awful. We requested an 8 AM shuttle to the airport, and in the morning we were there 10 mins prior, and there were roughly 12 people waiting for the shuttle. I asked the woman at the front desk if she was sure there’d be enough room for everyone, as the shuttle we’d taken the night before surely wasn’t big enough for everyone waiting. She assured me there would be, and then inevitably the driver resorted to asking my 12 year old to unbuckle her seatbelt for the 15 minute ride and sit on my lap to make room for everyone. He then cursed loudly at every car, switched lanes incessantly, and had to hit the brakes hard half a dozen times… We had an awful experience, especially being with kids. Stay elsewhere.
