Very nice room, hotel is right on the beach. You do have to rent beach chairs though

Had trouble with room refrigerator and resolving the issues took forever. There was no walk in shower and parking was not free.
Balcony was not wide enough for any seat and appeared unsafe. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Needs more handicap parking spaces and rear door needs repairs, the handicap opening button did not work.

Was expecting an ocean view which I had, but there was a large roof fixture underneath, so not directly just in Ocean view

The Expedia app says that the price included all taxes and fees. When checked out they charged us $16.00/per night additional for parking. When we checked in I asked if the price Expedia quoted included all fees and I was told that it did. They added $30.00/ night miscellaneous for anything we might charge to the room but that the full $60.00 would be refunded if we didn’t charge anything to the room. We were surprised this time, because previously ALL fees were included in the Expedia quote. Either Expedia should change their add to say some fees are included or the hotel should honor Expedia’s quote. It’s not a lot of money but we probably won’t be returning to the Hilton Beachfront in Melborne Fl even if it’s more expensive somewhere else.

I'm really not happy with my stay there. It's supposed to be a Hilton Hotel and the Hilton chain are nice hotels, but this hotel is old. They haven't updated anything and the room had a weird smell. The carpet was kind of dirty and the toilet was damaged. The chain that flushes the toilet was damaged.

We booked our hotel for 6 nights on Expedia. We did not request a handicap room, but we got one, which was below average. There was one desk chair and no where else to sit. Our very first night we had a note in our door saying that the water would be shut off from midnight to 5 am. We had maybe two flushes. The second night the AC leaked on the floor and went out. Our room was 76 degrees. We had to change rooms. They gave us a breakfast voucher. We paid for an oceanfront room, and were moved to an Oceanview room. We were charged $16 a day for our rental car and when I asked she said it was usually a problem, because it is not listed on the booking site. The pool bar was not friendly and we did not get the anniversary beach vibe we were looking for.

There was a busted pipe on the 11th fl that had a terrible mold smell on the 8th fl. The pipe effected air conditioning. I spoke with a customer on the elevator who told me the ac was down the day before. I should have been made aware of this before i arrived so i could have made alterations to my stay instead of traveling back home that day.

We had a nice stay. I was not told that parking would be 16.00 per night upon arrival. The tables around the pool on Saturday night were not cleaned with old plates with food and stuff on them. Will probably stay somewhere else next time

Looked for the best rating hotel in this area and got this hotel! It might be the best in the area but didn’t meet an 4 Star Rating, best 3-3.5 Star. Room just felt dirty, rough sheets, got bit in bed. Hotel lobby is nice but elevators felt dirty. Pool area could use help! Old and dingy feeling. The view of our room was ocean but also had tons of rust on the building that was visible from all rooms. Our toilet seat was barely hanging on and broke 1st night to the blow dryer broken and only spilling out cold air. It was a stay that made me want to leave after 1 night. I made it through the 2nd night but couldn’t wait to get out of here!

The staff was good. Of course, the bartender was overtasked and little slow to meet my needs. At times, I felt she was a little "short" with me at times. But, she was satisfactory.

The hotel was excellent. Beautiful view. Excellent service. Very clean. Pool was great. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beach right there has some coral pretty close to shore so be careful.

Short, I've traveled and I'm pretty picky, let me tell you this was my absolute best stay ever ever, omg this place was amazing mainly because of one thing and I've thing only, the whole staff from the front desk to restaurant, absolutely AMAZING. Honestly can't wait to stay there again just to see them. My husband and I just love them, it was our 1st wedding anniversary, they made it extra extra special, not with free stuff, just the hospitality for the whole weekend.

I wish my ocean view room was on a higher floor… from the 4th floor you see the AC unit! You need to be a bodybuilder to open the sliding glass door. I almost broke a nail trying to open it. I mentioned it to the front desk & was told right away someone would go and fix it. Returned to the room to find no change. Water, why is there no longer a bottle in the room? At darn near $300 per night, I should at least find a freaking bottle of water in my room. Toiletries, which use to be a standard, are MIA! I was not to please with Hilton this time.
