Very nice hotel but our room smelled like stale pool water. Hotel staff was very friendly except for the one person who was too busy socializing to come take our beverage requests at breakfast.

Place is nasty. My vehicle was vandalized and I think housekeeping stole money from me.

It's in a drug area. The hotel next door is loaded with drug addicts who wonder the doubletree parking lot looking to break into cars. Hotel is not liable. BEWARE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This hotel is close to my house. Stay there a few time's per year because of cleanliness and nice staff! Oh the cookies are fantastic too! 😋

Polite staff! Bar/restaurant was awesome!

The location is just outside of metropolitan Minneapolis and St. Paul with easy access to I-35. It is a fairly large building which gives it a good sense of spaciousness. The lobby is very professional and it has a nice restaurant attached. We were able to get breakfast vouchers which gave us access to a respectable breakfast buffet each morning. The climate control was fantastic and the free wifi was usable. All staff were very nice. My only issue is the bathroom had no vent which meant any shower led to the room becoming excessively steamy and the air very thick with moisture. I would have no problem staying here again.

The outside was a little rough but the inside was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The hot tub was gross but there were a lot of people in it.

Nothing Special

I'll never stay at this property ever again. It's been going down hill for the past two years, now they have road construction, it's super inconvenient to get to. A rift raft hotel is next door which brings trouble around, with the the construction it makes everything worse. Staff are careless and lazy. Don't really care for customers relationships. Stayed there over 100 times the past few years and it's really been getting harder.. never again. It was fun while it lasted. Not really. Overpriced and not worth the stay

An above average hotel off the highway. Uber drivers had a tiny difficulty turning in, and there isn’t much of a view or things to walk to, but it was comfortable and the cookies are still tasty!

Was easy checking, pool amd sich was good. No hot water. They said they qould gove us free starbucks and we did that there in the hotel and the gal got only 2/5 drinks right and was told thats what I made. Wasnt the best experience. 3/5

The stay was great

Very pleasant stay, had some issues but staff addressed them right away and were always very helpful. Pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice. Pool could use a cleaning, feet kept snagging onto multiple clumps of hair. Everything was near by which was very nice, would definitely recommend and stay here again

Was impressed from start to finish. Very prompt check in with friendly service. Extremely clean and up kept rooms. Will stay again!

No good coffee on site, even with option to purchase in front lobby which was either not made well (Starbucks with lots of grounds floating in the coffee, or no one was available.) Went off site thereafter in search of a cup of coffee daily. Cleanliness was generally good. Cleaned room daily. Dog food kibble was left on the carpet in a corner of our room. (We didn’t have a pet) Wheelchair accessiblity was fair. Too long of carpeted hallways to get to accessible room. No auto doors at entrances to the room or to get to room. Roll in shower-but wheelchair unable to fit/turn. Corner bench in shower is so tiny, it is more suitable for a child. Room is not conducive to using a wheelchair (close quarters-cannot turn or maneuver easily). No room to get wheelchair next to bed nearest bathroom. But we made it work with a lot of careful precautions. Shower was thankfully 0 entry with multiple hand bars in shower and around toilet. Sink was easy to access with wheelchair. Closet is not. Staff were cordial. Property is somewhat noisy with multiple groups and events meeting throughout the week and weekend. Location is great and near a lot of activities. Good parking around the building with enough accessible options. Overall fair.

The pool area is the best part of this hotel! It is well maintained and and just a beautiful area!

I only chose this location for the hot tub which unfortunately was a waste of my time because the hot tub was cold. The kids pull was warmer.

I booked this hotel because i had 6 17 year old girls sleeping over at my house and wanted to relax in the hot tub. Hot tub was not cold. Other than that hotel was clean and staff was nice.

Indoor pool area was huge and the water at a perfect temperature!

The pool area was one of the nicest. The rooms were comfy, nice beds....But our desk lamp's switch was broken, hot water wasn't abundant, the toilet seat was loose, bathroom sink had loose faucet handle, access door to fridge area wouldn't close, and no comp breakfast.

Staff were overall friendly with customers and check in was easy. Within an hour of being in the room the housekeeping randomly walked into our room without knocking to hand us a meal and beverage card. After that we noticed that there was an ant infestation in the bathroom (Captured on video). Hundred's of ants coming from under the floor next to the shower, crawling all over the towels and sink. This was brought to the front desk’s attention and they said they a manager would contact us later on but we felt extremely brushed off.
