Nice stay except no cookies at check in and it was not a late check in😉 The lady that does the breakfast is awsome. She deserves recognition. We stay here every trip to Roseville. No complaints😊

We checked into our room and as preparing for an evening out, we found out that the room air conditioner drain had broken and we had a flooded corner of our room/carpet.
We accepted the fact, spent the night in that room, but requested and we able to get a different room for the next night. That was appreciated since a busy weekend.
We requested a credit or a free night of lodging and we were given nothing for our inconvenience.
It was considered by the front desk but nothing was done about it.
Then the second room's air conditioner unit had a fan that sounded like a small jet engine. We turned off the unit so we could sleep.
Otherwise, the majority of the staff was great and friendly. Obviously we will use a different hotel next time

We came down for the state fair and some school shopping. It was nice to have the pool open till midnight. We enjoyed that.

Hotel was very clean visually and actually smelled clean. We were in town for the state fair and had questions about how best to get there. Lady at the front desk let us know about the free shuttles near by. She was extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs.
We will definitely lately stay here again next time we are in the area.

The breakfast was good, beds and pull out hard and very uncomfortable. The room smelled “wet” and musty unless air was low. Very damp in the room

We used this hotel as a place to stay to attend the MN State Fair. Park and ride stop was just down the road. Super convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was great.

Cookies at desk are wonderful. Variety for breakfast seems to be slipping a bit (We have stayed once or twice over several years since my daughter and her family live close by.) All hotels are using duvets. Groan, we dislike them.

My only issue was that there was no tv channel guides either in the room or on the tv-otherwise very place-convenient to the State air grounds

Room could have been cleaner. Wall by bed looked like it had food on it that had been there for a long time. Same in bathroom.

The service was excellent! The rooms were decent but when i got to the bathrooms it seems like the tub had some kind of mold growing on the bottom and top silicone seal.

i would stay here again. no major issues. People were friendly and helpful.
Things i would like improved: the carpet needed a good cleaning (room 214). furniture starting to show wear.

The customer service was amazing. When we arrived the AC in our room was extremely noisy. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she was so helpful and got us moved to a new room with a quiet AC at no charge. The food for breakfast was great! The pool was nice, would have been better with a hot tub but overall the stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
