When arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, this was after I called to confirm the reservation before my trip. Frustrating after traveling all day. Good thing they had a couple of rooms available. This was my second time staying here. First time as a guest a couple of years ago was much better then my last visit..

Did not have breakfast but the location was good where it was served.

Breakfast was good but See below The evening manager was very very helpful when I had a problem with misplaced passport. Kudos to him he did everything possible to help us

Breakfast was good but it was until 9am and sharp at 9 everything was cleaned up. There could have been a little flexibility

Rooms were up-to-date decent location

first room couldn’t get the door unlocked with the key that was provided second room the TV did not work. and the pool was still under maintenance

I felt my room temperature was too warm and the in-room controller was not making it cooler as I would have liked.

Spinach quiche was cold and no microwave.

My first room 124 air conditioning wasn't working so sleeping was horrible but I was moved to a different room 317 that was much better

Considering the Covid times, the service, the room, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was available much earlier than the regular check-in time, which was good since we had flown all night.

We had no complaints.

The bed was about the best I've ever slept in, next to my own. And the pillows were the perfect amount of squishy for a good night sleep.

I booked this room for a couple days over Christmas. Came to see my son and his apartment is small so thought this would be a great place to relax at the end of the day and watch some Hallmark Christmas movies. Wrong. This hotel does not have Hallmark. That is not a deal breaker for me the rest of the year, but I won't stay here again during the Christmas season. It's shocking they had so few tv channels. Probably seems petty but during Christmas... it's my only down time activity from 80 hour work weeks so it was a huge disappointment to find out it wasn't an option.

Both Laura and Cedric made our time in the lobby and breakfast area like we were in our living room at home. Very much enjoyed both of their engagement with us as customers in making us feel welcome and cared for!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and temperature control. I also used the fitness room.

Couldn’t get the WIFI to work for either my personal or work laptops. It did work for my phone. There was an xfinity hot spot that I ended up using for the laptops. The door deadbolt couldn’t be used because the bolt didn’t align correctly. The breakfast had a very limited grab and go selection. I could hear the person in the next room somewhat.
