Both the sleeping area and bathroom were very clean. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The Patio was a nice place to have our morning coffee even with all the highway and train noise.

Thought the price was high for the size of the room, especially for the lack of amenities, such as not having breakfast included Did not like that my credit card was charged when I booked 2 months prior to the stay. Drinks at the bar were very expensive. $30 for 2.

Continental breakfast

No breakfast was closed to early. Under construction of rooms.

The staff was great but the sink was plugged and the new rooms are not customer friendly. Microwave and refrigerator are both sitting on the floor. Not easy to get to. Electrical plug-ins on the sink are to the rear. They are not consumer friendly. Very hard to reach. No towel racks are limited. The sinks are not good at all you cannot wash your hands without water running all over the place. Whoever designed these rooms did not have to stay in them. But the staff was gracious and friendly and the maintenance man was terrific. Whoever he is is a good employee

Breakfast was included with our reservation, but it was just Starbucks coffee with a choice of 2 cold items or a hot breakfast sandwich.

Loved the courtyard and it's furniture. Enjoyed the lobby, coffee counter and bar.

The booking said two queens and that it had a sofa. There was a CHAIR, NOT a sofa. The Queens very small queens. Staff were very unhelpful.

The room had no tissues. The washer was broken. The whirlpool jets only worked at the bottom.

I understand short staffing so I understand that they could not open their restaurant, but they could let their booking sites know this. I wanted to stay somewhere with breakfast on premises and I don't consider Starbucks pastries breakfast so this would have been nice to know ahead of time.
