The shower in the room was extremely clean. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice - floors and bathroom not the cleanest for a hotel (lots of dust and lint in corners of rooms), socks dirty from walking on floors in room. Staff was great and breakfast was good and clean

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has great staff. The one downside was that the hot tub was very overchlorinated causing eye irritation and damaging our swimsuits.

The beds were rock hard and hard to sleep on so they need to be softer

Breakfast offerings a bit scanty. Very small garbage and in room, difficult to keep "clean". bathroom is due for a deep clean, lots of dust on trim / behind doors

The woman at the front desk was fantastic. She was very accommodating when we arrived 1/2 hour before check in and our rooms weren’t quite ready. The next morning she was also in the breakfast area ensuring everything was stocked and cleaned up after a large group left. All with a smile on her face!

Big clean rooms and shower nice. My kid loves the pool and hot tub was great! Although we didn't wake up in time for breakfast so can't say. Loved the area that the hotel was located in very convenient, will stay again. Thank you!

Only thing I would share was the front desk seemed under staffed. There was two times I stood there for over ten minutes for assistance. Once I spoke to the staff they responded quickly and pleasantly. Also our room was not cleaned in between days which was no big deal but I found odd. It would have been nice to have garbages emptied and towels replaced. It must of been an issue because several guests used hall way garbages for disposal. After Covid places have changed policies that it's hard to keep up with what each place was doing. I liked the location I found it convenient. Would plan to stay here again.

I was given a double room at check in, when I requested a king room when I made the reservation. All the kings were apparently booked and the assistant helping me told me she couldn't do anything about it. I had to take the double or stay elsewhere. I showed her my reservation which stated king room as well. She stated it was hotels.com fault for sending the reservation through incorrectly. Was able to swap rooms with another friend who was amso staying there. Not very happy with the guest service person at all.

Great place. Lovely staff and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast also was great. Also Roseville is an easy accessible town to maneuver in close to the Twin Cities. I would recommend.

The pool was heavily chlorinated. We were traveling with several groups of people for a tournament. The kids eyes were burning and they were coughing. Waited at front desk to tell staff. Said they didn’t have anyone there to check water. Asked if someone could be called, said maybe. Asked for towels since no towels were in pool. Staff brought in only 2 towels. There were at least 20 people in pool area. Said there were no clean towels. He then only took about 10 towels to wash that were in dirty bin. No one came to check pool, staff was not concerned. Never even walked in pool area to see. Conditioner was out in our room as well as others room we were traveling with, disappointed. At breakfast if you wanted oatmeal you had to have staff heat up in microwave in back. Others tv was not working in room. Staff stayed in back behind door at front desk. It’s almost like they were checking cameras to see when people came to desk. We would likely not stay here again due to staff and the non concern of the heavy chlorine pool area. Staff didn’t seem like they were excited about their job. They were not visible at front desk at all. They were not positive.

I have driven by this hotel for over a year and this is my first stay. I just needed a space to myself and it was the right choice.

We stayed at this hotel with our young children and the hotel was so clean, room was as expected, pool was warm (most hotel pools are freezing!). Jacob at the front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were also great! I’d definitely go back.

Staff is great. Close to everything

My family and I stayed at this property overnight and had zero issues or complaints. Check in was easy, the rooms were just as spacious as I expected, breakfast was decent and there was ample parking and a convenient location. I will definitely recommend this location or stay at this location again.

Always great staying here. The only place I stay in Roseville. Everything was great.

Pillows were too flat. Breakfast one morning was cold. Location very good for us. Staff excellent.
