I’m sad we were only staying for one evening, so we didn’t get to fully take advantage of all the nice amenities in the hotel; such as their indoor pool, beautiful outdoor property overlooking the bay and great dining options. The rooms were great and comfortable. Staff was excellent and courteous. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Overall would recommend to anyone or would personally stay again :)

We always have a nice stay at this Embassy Suites. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We enjoy the bar, since we have never been around for the free Happy Hour. My kids like the pool. Over all I like this property a lot.

courtesy shuttle to nearby airport had to skip breakfast cook to order due to early flight but what was being set out looked like it was very nice

Hotel is dated. Needs new beds, toilets for adults and a walk in shower and internet TV.

The hotel itself was nice, but the front desk staff was completely disinterested in the guests, almost to the point of being rude.

THE HOTEL HAS 2 FULL BEDS INSTEAD OF QUEEN SIZE BEDS LIKE OTHER EMBASSY. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS FACING THE BED INSTEAD OF FACING THE WALL IN THE MIDDLE DIVIDER. THE HOT BREAKFAST WAS SUPER!!

Amazing views of the bay. Check in was easy and fast, parking was a bit on the pricey side but if you are taking a trip for the sake of enjoying yourself and the ti.e with the family, small petty charges like this is not a big deal.

Front desk agent upon check inn was very rude. But others female agents were so nice. 2nd day there was a fight or somethings going on dog barking and screaming.. called front desk 3 times they said nothing she can do. We asked ger to send security's to handel the dog.

Hotel needs to accommodate for EV vehicles other than Tesla’s. If parking in rear parking, be sure to ask for a parking pass or they will give you a warning ticket. We were not aware upon check in and received a warning tow ticket. Suggest front desk ask upon check-in where you will be parking. Also, there is a lot of fruit flies in the lobby near the fruit breakfast bar.

This was the best experience I ever had at a hotel, check was so fast and easy, the hotel was beautiful inside, and the views outside were amazing. Definitely will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful location by the waterfront. About 10 minutes from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had a great stay

My kids had a blast! They loved the fish, the elevators, and the pool. The restaurant was awesome. The bartenders were great. I was less than impressed by the some of the ladies at the front desk. It was almost like they didn’t care. One didn’t speak English well, so she was automatically not helpful. I asked her the nearest place to buy Tylenol, and her answer was “Burlingame.” This could be a very nice hotel with a little more attention to detail with service and some upgrades. Our refrigerator did not work in our room. The location on the water was lovely.

There were 2 things I dislike and had to give it a 4 rating. There were a lot of flies by the registration are and the housekeeper opened our door while my family was getting dressed. There was no knock they just swiped there card and opened the door wide open.

Was a great place near the bay. Loved the breakfast omelet and all the food options. Would stay here again. Didnt like how much parking was...that was ridiculously high.

Cable service is analog. Tried to watch olympics with 10 second video delay. They did not have this fixed during our three nights. The furniture was old, uncomfortable. The staff didn't seem to care that the olympics viewing was important to our family. Lobby was nice. Pool was well used by our kids, but small for the number of rooms.

Noisy hotel w loud bass. Could not hear in my room though. It was clean and comfortable

Room service was poor

The courtyard with its big beautiful trees, waterfall and fish pond set a really beautiful relaxing tone. The koi pond was a real highlight for the kids. We were able to check in a bit early which was a nice bonus even if it looked like the whole place was in the process of being cleaned with sheets in the corners of the hallways. The rooms were clean - sheets, towels, surfaces etc so that was nice and reassuring. Downsides were that the chairs were peeling and made the place feel a little grungy. The beds while clean were quite uncomfortable. The pool facilities were fun despite the slight grunginess. It was enjoyable eating breakfast in the courtyard even if the food was pretty mediocre, the shared grill for omelettes on demand means if you have dietary preferences of no meat - you won’t want to eat an omelette without bacon grease in your eggs. Overall the effect of the plants in the courtyard and around the pool and the koi off made up for most of the grunginess and if the beds weren’t so uncomfortable I would stay there again.

It was a beautiful and amazing place to stay in San Francisco. I will definitely come back to this location

This is my first one in the hotel i never been over there but I don't liked the beds are too small and also the bed sofa is too dirty in back the mattress omg never l back over there anymore.

Comfortable family weekend! Pool area could use some updating but overall a great stay!

The hotel is OK. The rooms are good size and generally comfortable. The bathrooms are dated as well as the whole decoration of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and perfect for our family. It was very difficult to get towels, extra sheet for sofa bed and amenities that housekeeping did not restock. The front desk seemed understaffed. When our kids wanted to use the pool, they were told they could use one corner of it because the hotel contracted a swimming school for use of their pool. It seems to me guests of a hotel should be able to use the pool...but I guess that is just me. I have no issue paying for parking, but the hotel needs to do a better job with security in the parking lot. My car was damaged in the parking lot, and strangely enough, two years ago, my car was damaged in the same parking lot. I know it is not the hotel's fault and I have to assume the risk, but guess I am just unlucky.

We stayed four days and each was better than the last. Excellent breakfast, great room. Clean and perfect for our family.

Great stay food was very good. People good at the desk. Room clean and location good. Only one problem but it ended up causing me quite a headache. I left a sweatshirt in bathroom. Realized on the way to the cruise and called left a voicemail with housekeeping said I would be back for it but could someone call and let me know if it was located. Went on cruise and came back and checked phone and no call. Left a second voicemail and asked if it had been located. Later that day added a stop to my Uber on way to airport to see if they had found it. Front Desk man went and looked around for 15 minutes but nothing there. I know I left it in bathroom but that doesn’t matter. If someone could have returned a call it would have been awesome. Next time I will email housekeeping. Carry on and Godspeed it’s a cool hoodie, enjoy it!!

Good service. Clean hotel. Hate that we had to pay for parking (such a San Francisco thing to do! Did not expect the hotel to charge - should have just been included in the price of the room). But free breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening made our experience wonderful. Will come back again!

It was great

This stay would have been excellent except for the noise level on Saturday from a wedding being held in the main/lobby area of the hotel. It started about 5:00 pm during the happy hour the hotel offers and continued until 10:30 pm that night, with noise growing louder as the night progressed! It was very obnoxious and we finally complained about 9:30 and was told it would continue until 10:30. Would not stay at the hotel again without inquiring if any parties with music were scheduled. The hotel did offer one free night of parking as a consolation.
