Check in at 2:00 PM an hour early was $28.00 extra! There was no telephone in room. I was given a handicapped room which I did not request. AM lobby coffee no Cream, asked for some desk clerk busy Asked other employee to get; he went to Get it and he was back in lobby when I Asked again and the response was I got it! No he didn’t, it was left in storage room. At 11:00 pm, some tried to put key in My room door. A woman then started yelling Roman open the door. This stopped only to Have it start again with a woman banging on the door next to us. I opened the door and asked the woman to stop it’s been a half hour she said not so get in my room. This continued with the tv blaring do I could Hear it in my room. My thoughts nothing good was happening in that room.

We had a good stay. Room was clean I have no complaints. I will consider returning here.

Overnight at the airport. Very pleasant. Nice to enjoy the walkway around the bay before settling in. The porch looking at the bay was a plus

Great place to stay for a few nights after arrival from the U.K. before hitting the road in our RV into the Rockies. Staff were excellent, free coffee in reception but no normal milk just the flavoured stuff , not for me, coffee is coffee flavour and not tasting like soda! Coffee was good though drinking it black. The area is safe, walk along the bay path. Food wise, if you like Chinese then you’re sorted, if not then there’s a place called Max’s around 10 minute walk south, very nice with a bar. Breakfast, we walked to Millbrae to the north and went to Pete’s cafe, very good.

First the check-In front desk very helpful and very nice .Room okay but it got certain smell when u come in ( strong)..I was going to ask for new room ..Just need to get some rest/tired ...Room quiet enough..can hear footstep upper floor but okay enough ...Toilet need to be flush multiple time to get #1and #2 to totally flush down ...WTH..and finally the check out front desk ...Going to check out ...This female probably just woke up ...Passing by her ..just shouted at me .." are u checking out " loud manner..Just took my roomcard ...Your good to go ..next time just ..say thank you ...Its Ok to be nice

We stayed here due to it's convenience to both the airport and where we rented a car. The shuttle service schedule to the airport is merely a suggestion, as the shuttle arrived at the airport at least 15 minutes late. Still, the times we stayed the rooms were nice.

It was very clean and great views of the water and runway!

Not bad. The cleaning staff will knock on the door at 10 am! If you don't want to be woken up, please be sure to put the "Do Not Disturb" reminder at the door

Love the location and price; the hotel has a wonderful walkway along the water to enjoy the bay. There's a good amount of places to eat, but not enough. Love the airport shuttle service- to take you to the airport and allow you travel without stress. The hotel provide soaps, conditioner and lotion. There's plenty of parking with a charge; however the staff were very kind and professional.

I was not told that it was going to be so loud I got zero sleep you heard people talking late at night walking the plane flying I will dispute there was nothing that you could have done to fix noise I should have been told .

Location is great. Evening receptionist is good. The morning receptionist is mean. We book this place because free shuttle included. The time we leave, it’s in between shuttle schedules. She could have helped us so that we get the shuttle service. Instead we had to spend $40 for taxi.

Nice as usual -- we stay in this place now and then as we need to be close to Burlingame when we visit. But the hotel is a good value, It is very conveniently located - whether for business, or far just walking long the bay trail. It was renovated time ago, so it everything a bit dated. We stayed in the room 107 and the fan in the bathroom would not stop making noise all night long and the flash in the toilet was sometimes leaking.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurants nearby and easy to get to. Enjoyed the waterfront location.

Good stay. No surprises. Friendly service. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great. More than we expected.

The room was very clean but there was no shower curtain and no breakfast. The evening staff lady was very nice.

We checked in last minute due to a flight cancellation. The front office was very nice and Gabe is an ocean front room which was a pleasant surprise after a horrendous travel day.

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Every thing was clean, except for the floor. It needed to be mopped.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport on the Old Bay Shore trail across from SFO. This is a standard, old fashioned motel, with no breakfast, but free earplugs! You can't beat the price in this fantastic location. Good and very good restaurants, great walking path with plenty of benches for enjoying the view. Free parking and shuttle to and from the airport.

Great budgeted place to stay. Good location and clean room. Laundry is available as well. Overall, it was a nice experience staying for 4 nights!

Nice and clean great value with nice staff

After a crazy busy couple of days for a family reunion, I was able to completely relax! Enjoyed a lovely shore line walk at dusk and again before the shuttle to SFO. The bed was so comfy! I slept great, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
