Our stay at the resort was beyond comfortable and fun. The property is extremely well kept, safe, quiet, and family friendly. The staff is so attentive and respectful, it makes the stay even more enjoyable. Whether you are seeking some relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle, or looking for a vacation with the family, this is the place to go. The property offers access to various pools, their main area with various pools and seating offers a well stocked bar area and food options. Seating, towels, cleanliness, and entertainment through various scheduled activities were plentiful. Behind impressed with everything and worth the price-point.

Our stay was just what we needed for an overnight in the area. There wasn’t any parking spots available however plenty of parking on the road outside of our room, so that wasn’t a problem. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette. Looking forward to staying there again!

Expected a bar and restaurant on property. Had to use a shuttle that only ran every 1/2 hour in 102 degree heat, and the shuttle was not very close.

The only thing we didn't like was that they have no drinking water in the room. Other than that its a very good value for the money.

Great place for vacation. Nice property with beautiful rooms for timeshare. No lazy river but has at least 7 different pools to choose from. Highly recommended

Feel secure and clean property and room

Let’s start with the pros: 1. Property is clean. 2. 7 pools 3. Spacious villas Cons: 1. Check in staff not so friendly. Didn’t properly communicate check in instructions, not informing guest what they are signing on the signature pad. The original person that checked me in was friendly but her computer stopped working and she asked her coworker to help and she acted irritated. But overall I enjoyed my stay after check in.

We had an amazing time during our stay! We enjoyed the pickle ball court and close proximity to beautiful swimming pools.

My room was very quiet with a serene view

We stayed at the desert villas with our kids and had a great time. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious and having the full kitchen was great to have so we could make our own meals. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could do laundry. The pools were big and it was nice having the restaurant and bar at the big pool. The only downside was we went in July so it was extremely hot and the water in the pools was so hot and not refreshing. We figured that would be the case so we made the best of it. The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains throughout the entire villa made it so nice for sleeping in. We will definitely stay at the villas again.

High quality accommodation!! The rooms are great and there are lots of pools. My only issue is a lack of room cleaning and no follow up from the maintenance team when we requested a visit to sort an issue of a sewage smell in the room.

Very peaceful and relaxing

This was our second visit (last year was our first) after staying for years at other nearby resorts. I was disappointed in this visit sadly. The pools are nice and the beds (and linens) are fantastic. It’s also nice to have space in the villas with a full kitchen. After a day of travel and picking up groceries etc, I would expect to be able to check in on time. It was a relatively short wait which wasn’t too bad, but when we entered in socks are feet all got wet from the freshly shampooed carpets. We heard desk agents indicating the villas 2 were not at capacity, so I don’t understand why we were not assigned to another villa. The most disappointing part of our stay was that our tiny patio backed on to a road and parking (again despite not being full). Last year we had a beautiful view of the golf course and large upper floor deck. We also had a very loud child jumping and running upstairs from about 7am until 9:30pm (for just over half of our trip) which was a huge annoyance and disruption. We likely will go back to the nearby Westin Desert Willow or Embarc/Hilton instead next year.

The property is well maintained. The pools were spacious and very comfortable as far as water temperature. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Our room was comfortable, clean and centrally located to proximity of amenities.

Property was great,tons of things to do. Hotel room was fully stocked and clean. Only thing was the pools needed to be cleaned more often

Pool water was warm and murky

If you are reserving a room for 4 people than you should have kitchen utensils for 4 .. cups,plates etc

The day after we checked in I actually went to the front desk to ask if the rate I booked with hotels.com was the total price I was going to be charged. The room and property were SO NICE, I thought something must have been wrong. But it was correct. Beautiful property. About 7 pools I think. Small kitchenette. Patio. Updated. Clean. Being in a villa was much more private and quiet than staying in a high rise hotel. Excellent property!
