This is a nice place. I will stay here again when in Richmond.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. The room did smell like someone had smoked in it,it was very faint of a smell. Overall the stay was really nice my husband and I would stay again.

This hotel was at a good price and had good ratings. However, my experience was not great. In six days, my room was only serviced once (after multiple requests). The TVs were not internet compatible and malfunctioned (some major network channels were not accessible). The bathrooms in room need upgrades - they look 20 years old or more. Musty smell in room. The fitness center was closed the duration of my stay due to broken glass.

My 91 year old mother and I were in 436. The bathroom door had problems shutting. It was also too close to the tiny, weeny very low, daycare-like toilet. Everytime Mom went to the bathroom, i needed help from someone else to get her out of that tight space between the door and the toilet AND the low low situated toilet!

Not gone lie I didn’t expect much from this place before we got there, but it was so nice ! The pool area was so nice as well! No complaints at all. Check in was easy, and the staff was very nice to us.

The front desk was amazing and thats were it ended. Our room was not served our whole stay which was 4 days. Even after specially asking the front desk to have it cleaned. We kept having a funny smell in our room. On day 3 we noticed it was the dishwasher. It was broken and water was pooling at the bottom. Our toilet ran the whole stay. The ice maker in the refrigerator was also broken so we had to go to the front desk for bags of ice.

The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't even see the bottom of it. My daughter lost her bright orange diving toy at the bottom. My room was was not great, there was a used towel left if the bathroom door hook from someone prior to us, the closet doors were brook and just barely hanging on. My friends room was terrible, their bathroom was disgusting, the pull out bed was broke and look like it had dead bugs on it, it also had black hairs all over the sheets. When she called the front desk no one answered. Would not recommend staying there.

The room was clean and adequate for what we needed. My only issue was that the pool did not seem very clean and was cloudy.

We were fortunate to get a room there. It was clean and comfortable, but most importantly, it was quiet.

It was easy and good.
Would stay again - only downside....
We did expect, with a suite, there would be more than 1 bathroom. 5 people to shower, toilet, refresh/relax on the road is a lot with one bathroom.
No paper towels nor bags for trash available, no kitchen towels to utilize instead. No one available to get them from, we assumed it was because we arrived late at night.
Everything else was easy and excellent.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever encountered. It was so nasty we didn’t even want to sleep even though we were exhausted from driving. This place needs to be disinfected from top to bottom. If I didn’t need to rest we would leave. I don’t typically leave reviews but avoid this place at all cost!

Ac want working then check out they tryin to charge me 250 saying extra cleaning a bed had to be fully made up and a trash bag that I put all the trash in

The Master bedroom bathroom the water trickled out the tub faucet It took forever for the water to get hot. The air in the Master Bedroom didn't work the room was hot and the outlets didn't work I had to put the microwave in my room for it to work and our room never got cleaned

The room smelled terrible like a dog peed on the carpet. There were dips in the floor like there was water damage in both the living space and outside the bathroom door.

We had to change rooms 4 times. The first room the pull out didn’t work. The second room the bathroom sink was leaking. The third room the AC did not work (it was 90+ degrees outside).

Room had a smell that wasn’t very pleasant. Ask to change rooms was told they would get back to me. Never heard back so I went out and got a can of floor deodorizer. It worked but I shouldn’t have had to do that on my dime. I was there a week and never saw a maid. I had to ask for more Shampoo, conditioner, and towels at the front desk. When checking out at 3am I ask the front desk staff for a cart because they were no where in site. He told me they were probably in people’s room and there was nothing they could do. Had to carry 4 people belongings down 3 floors and out to my car. When I came back to check out he was no where to be found I waited over 30 minutes he never reappeared. The breakfast staff took my number and said he would give it to the manger to call me. Never heard back.This is a 2 star hotel at best. The only reason I would give it a second star is the breakfast staff ( not the food). I would highly recommend you stay else where. To many options in this area to settle on this place

The room was not very clean when we arrived. However, the 2nd shift hostess at the front desk was amazing and helped us change all the linens. She did not have to do this since it is a house keeping job, but they left for the night and she offered to help change everything out. We asked a couple times during our stay for house keep to come take out the trash and take used towels, but they never came. Again, still more praise for the 2nd shift hostess because anytime we called her or approached the front desk with her on duty we always got what we needed promptly. She did an excellent job.

Arrived at 9 pm with infant- was given a room on third floor furthest away from elevator. After carrying everything up, the rooms AC unit was ripped from the wall and it was like a sauna with a broken AC. Went back down to lobby and they moved us to another room “free of charge.” The next night the room above us was playing music so loudly and kids are wrestling where it sounded like a stampede from 9-midnight. Husband had to call lobby twice and was about to call the police before it calmed down.

Location was great for our overnight plans. Plenty of places nearby to go for a meal. We had hoped to enjoy the pool for an hour before dinner but there was a huge crowd out there having a party. They were cooking out and had total run of the area. We saw about a dozen of the young girls leave near dark so they were not guest of the property. Another issue was luggage carts were scarce. We had to locate one when we arrived and did find one but for check out we were SOL so we had to shlep all of our bags down to the elevator, through the lobby and outside. The water pressure in the shower was great! The room/suite looked clean when we arrived but after walking barefoot for an hour after we arrived the bottoms of our feet were filthy! Someone needs to clean some carpets and scrub the floors. Otherwise our stay was uneventful.

Hotel was nice and staff was very pleasant. Room was less than expected. Kitchen faucet would not stop leaking and soaps in showers were empty. After the third time telling desk person they finally sent someone to away them out. No ice machine and it was like I was bothering the people at the desk to get me some ice. Also people in room above us were thumping until late at night. Will not stay there again.

Honestly, i wasn’t going to leave a review, but for as much for 1 night as it is, i feel obligated too. We arrived to check in around 5-6pm. Everything went well, we loaded our kiddies up and took them to the room and was beginning to get some supper ready, we called to ask for a porta-crib, for our youngest (1). They said ok no problem would bring one up. Waited for about 3 hours, still no porta crib. Ok no problem maybe they got busy, i called again and they then informed me that there was no porta crib. Ok i can manage. My daughter pulled the chair out from the table, & the whole trim piece came too. We tried to pull out the sofa bed - which was broken, soaked in urine & just filthy. Honestly i’m quite upset i paid so much for one night & it was like i was staying in a motel 6, which honestly would’ve been better then the dump of a room we were in. Only good this about this stay was the water pressure.

My trip was amazing. I was traveling with family. It was 4 in the group and the 2 bedroom suite gave us the room need to make our trip comfortable and relaxing.

Stay was overall ok. Arrived to our room and barely any toilet paper let in the bathroom. Needed to go to the front desk for more. Then bring to our room.
At bed time our room for 3 didn’t have sheets or bedding for the pull out sofa. Tried to call from the phone in the room to the front desk. The home didn’t work. Called from my cell then was told I can come get the sheets. We did and made up the bed ourselves only to see a tag on the bed saying if we needed the bed made up to call.
Staff was friendly. But overall the experience could have been better.

The unit was clean but the bathroom was beat up and needs to be upgraded. Unit was clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good as usual and the kitchen staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.
