It was Ok we were no advised of the renovations going on. It was somewhat dusty and the bed was very noisy for just normal sleeping. Other then that the room was nice.

The lobby was all torn up and there was no notification on the website. There were also no discounts in addition to the base discount because it was under construction.

Room was very clean but all of the hallways reeked of marijuana. The knob for the shower fell off the first time I touched it and we had to reattach/adjust it every time someone showered. The girls at check in and check out were not friendly at all. When I told the girl at check out she had zero concern and just said “I’ll let someone know”

Some of the staff had attitude and were not helpful. They treatment I received for the most part was not that of a paying guest. The TV never worked the whole time I was there. The AC and heat didn't work either. Couch was torn up and needs updating. The gym had 2 treadmills and only one worked the whole time I was there. I was there for 6 days.
Spacious room, comfortable bed and the water was perfect. They were nice enough to let me check out at 1pm.

This was a fine hotel and a good price, near the convention center where I had a conference, but also not so far to walk to Frenchman St and even Canal/Bourbon. Uber/Lyft drivers were a bit confused about the location, but it was otherwise very practical.
There is a music club across the street that has the whole place pulsating a bit on party nights, but pop in some earplugs or headphones and you're fine.
It was clean and it was safe, and that's good.

We were in town for Taylor Swift. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean. And the front desk ladies were so helpful and kind.

Room was not ready at check-in I had to get placed on a waiting list. I waited in multiple line before I could get my check-in completed.

My shower wasn’t working water wouldn’t go out tub it put us behind in our meeting we had the first day then they switched our toom

Right across the street from a club so it was VERY loud once it opened. Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean. Staff was polite but didn’t go out of their way to stand out.

Room was nice with the exception of no microwave inside the actual room. I had to walk down the hall to the microwave to heat up my leftovers from the restaurant. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel and great location! Staff was excellent and very friendly, comfortable room as well. My only complaint is the pool looked nothing like in the pictures. Didn’t look super clean with chairs and tables scattered. Otherwise a good place.

Staff was excellent. No bar or dining @ the property. Had to go to other hotels to eat, drink or get coffee. Valet was excellent and staff @ ck in were awesome. Not used to a Marriott not passing out bottle water to guests @ ck in. The "mini"fridge in lobby had no wine to select from.

The room has a moldy smell in it. That bothered me the whole weekend. The staff was good and the pool area was nice. The lobby was really nice and smelled great but my room disappointed me because of the smell.

Here’s a quick review. Hotel charges 40 dollars for parking and the valet attendants were rude. The room was clean and quiet. The gym was absolutely disgusting. There were large flies everywhere. Pool lighting was pretty but was extremely dirty. Guests personal items were left everywhere. Area around is awesome for bar hopping. Very touristy though. Wouldn’t stay here again but it may work for someone else

Unexpected $40 per day valet service was a surprise; however, the valets were excellent. Late night noise by other patrons. No restaurant services. King size rooms are nice.
