Exactly as expected. Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. This is a basic hotel but met our needs and we were happy with the price we paid for what we got.

Refrigerator was bussing all the time and there is no elevator

Check in took forever. Room is not even slightly close to pics. Looks like it hadnt been updated since the 80's. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Lights outside lit the room up like it was daytime.

Room was comfortable but could use a new paintjob in the bathroom and lighting was odd. Friendly staff and easy to stay there. Surrounding area has plenty of dining. Lacks an elevator for elderly or injured to get to 2nd floor.

There was a Cockroach in the bathtub. The room was not very clean. It does the job if you’re only going to sleep there. Wouldn’t stay more than 1 night

My employee got his license plate stolen. And was kicked out because of a mistake in the reservation, not their fault, but he had a second reservation so they could have been more helpful. So we cancelled that reservation and moved him to Hampton Inn

Price and location were good but the person in room next to me made loud coughing/hacking sounds most of night which interfered with sleep . Breakfast was poor - not quality - eggs rubbery and no sides or variety - muffins poor and no bagels! Staff was friendly though

There are people that live in this hotel. They should advise u on that on their website Hanging out in hall and doors. Smell food being cooked ex fish. Only one washer working 2 dryers but did not dry. After spending 10$

Management failed to communicate to us that they shut off the water, due to a broken pipe. Inconvenience to finish my shower. Management would not compensate or discount our stay.
