Shabby and dirty hotel. No cover on mattress, torn frayed bed sheets. Mold in coffee maker. Mold in grout in bathroom. Vent in bathroom non working. Hot tub in pool area lukewarm. Not given the room I reserved. Courtyard furniture wrecked. I could go on. Avoid this one. I will avoid all Marriott in the future

My room was stinky and smelly like dirty carpet, bed was super hard and uncomfortable

Hotel is old and decrepit no mattress pad just a sheet over the dirty mattress. Floor of shower gray with filth. Room smelled like urine. Do I need I say more?

Beds were comfortable. But bathroom tub was dirty and old. Needs updates! No complimentary coffee or breakfast. Coffee and ala cart available but expensive!

The hotel seemed pretty nice with a lot of food and beverage offerings on property to a decent hour. Our tub was concave and seemed like it would break our ankles. It was very strange and I have never seen anything like it. It also was stopped up and even after they came to Unclog it, It still seem to puddle in the middle, not as bad. They didn’t clean up their mess. I also asked for somebody to service the room which they said they could do and although some things were cleaned, the bed wasn’t made.

Room was outdated. Found a peanut shell and crumbs on carpet when we first got in the room. Check in lady was not friendly. Shower did not drain at all so we had to wait 30 minutes for next person to shower. We did get a compensation at the Starbucks for it! Starbucks is very expensive.

Kind of weird to have breakfast included in the specifics of the hotel and then to have to pay for your own breakfast in the lobby instead of the usual grab and go norm.

We booked a month early and CALLED to make sure that we were getting a room for 5 people. When we got here, we only got a room for 4 (two queens). One of us had to try sleeping on the chair and ended up sleeping on the floor because all rooms were booked and they had no extra bed.
Room service did send us a comforter to lay on the floor as a bed.

Really think for the price free breakfast would be a nice gesture. Only having Starbucks as an option isn't good for families. Its too expensive and the food options are limited.

Bathroom had not been cleaned. There were toiletries in the shower from a previous guest and hair on the shower walls. Also no soap to wash your hands with at the bathroom sink. Was also charged for the room when I arrived. Booked through Expedia and then had to swipe my card twice at the hotel for some reason and was charged for the room all over again. Had to call the hotel directly and Expedia for a refund that will take “7-10 days”. Overall it wasn’t a great experience.

They were unable to find my reservation at check in for about 10 minutes even after showing my email confirmation. Ordered a cocktail from their menu and they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. No complimentary breakfast, expensive breakfast choices only available until 9:30AM.

I was in town for the eclipse. This was the perfect place to stay. Convenient and comfortable. Close to everything. Lots of restaurants closeby. Abd staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. It was so nice that the pool was open until 11pm, which is later than most hotels. So we got to take our daughter in the pool which she loved, after a long day walking and exploring the city.

The hotel was good but due to the lack of modern updates, I would not stay there again. Too many areas of the room were either damaged or stained.

Room not ready upon 4:00 arrival. Told to wait and then waited while room availability confirmed with housekeeping. Then proceeded to check in other guests even though our room was ready.

The Westlake property experiance a power failure at the minute we arrived to Check In. The staff handled the situtation very well. I wish some of the other guest handled themselves as well.

The room was clean. The door to the bathroom did not close completely but that was not an issue for me, but would have been if more than one person was sharing the room. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

The room was damp, smelled and the sheets were stained. The staff was friendly and the lobby area is nice, but beyond that this property is in need if major renovation.

Staff was lovely, and beds were comfortable, but the place felt overall kind of shabby. Stains on upholstery, cracked sink, cheap decor. No free breakfast. Did not feel like a good value for the cost
