Great location next to the airport, very convenient. It was actually very quiet.

Nice friendly people. Right at the airport rental return so well worth the money. Restaurant on premise is a plus. Not a ton of choices but enough to work with and drinks if you want to relax.

Comfortable but older property and maintenance a bit grubby (sink missing stopper, shampoo holder broken, breakfast floor sticky all over). 1 minute to the terminal, shuttle on demand; location is inside airport grounds, which was great.

Flying of Tulsa. They are close to the airport. They shuttle you to the airport. Parking is half of what it cost at the airport. They were very courteous and the shuttle drive at 545am was pleasant. I recommend this hotel

We were on the 3rd floor and it could use a redo. The lobby and restaurant area are beautiful!!

Was not offered a parking pass at registration time. When we left hotel for an event and returned a security guy in a van steered his van towards us to block us from coming in. Dangerous and uncalled for. Told us we had to have a pass. So we got one at desk and told desk clerk about incident and she said he was just doing his job. Very poor way of doing job. Desk clerk when we registered should have issued pass. That person wasn't just doing his job.
Will not stay at this particular hotel ever again.

Upon checking in I was sent to room 205 with a key that didnt work. After returning to the desk she re-keyed it again only to fail again. She then told me this room always has this problem. She then placed me in room 208 that smelled of dirt, cleaner and wet carpet. Then the TV didnt work. Not what you come to expect from Hilton properties. Im sure Paris wouldnt approve!!

Check in was fine. Night person was nonresponsive. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain, faucet broken. Restaurant service was horrible. I waited 1.25 hours to get my meal for reasons they could not explain. Take out people ordered and got their food, people who came in after me got theirs. I finally got a mediocre sandwich. Waitress discounted my meal, but it should have been comped.

They charged me twice and still they cant fix this problem

I paid for my stay through the Expedia app. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told to swipe my card as usual for incidentals. But what they actually did was charge me again for the room. I immediately questioned this and was told that the computer had crashed and it would only put a hold on my card, not actually charge the amount. We were going on vacation so I didn’t check my statement until I got back and found that they did charge my card. I still have not received a refund either. This is unacceptable.

The clerk on duty charged my card an extra $118 (the room rate for the night, even though i had prepaid for the room) instead the incidental charge of $50. When we pointed this out, he admitted his mistake but said his "login" didnt have permissions to reverse the charge and we would have to talk to a manager in the morning. When we spoke to the .manager the next morning, we were i formed it would take 7 business days to get the money back in our account. Because of the employee's mistake, i now have $118 that i cant access and is frozen in my account.

Property has seen some wear & tear but overall a clean and hospitable place to stay near the airport. I would stay there again.

I found black mold on the curtains in the room I was given. I told management and they gave me another room but it smelled musty. The whole building smelled like they cleaned the carpets with water and no soap. Just a lingering musty smell throughout the building.

The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. It's location means I can get to the airport in less than 5 minutes.

Great location to the airport. Staff were very friendly and it was clean. Just very much in need of attention and repair. The floor in our room was literally sagging and my wife and I both stumbled over the terrible floor.

The bed pillows were awful, telephone didn't work properly, bed wasn't made well,looked as though some one had slept in it. Toilet seat very loose and slid when sat on.

Very close to the airport parking lot. Easily checked out at 3:30 am staff available and so was coffee and water. Exactly what we needed having an early flight.

Fabulous welcome on arrival.
This visit let down by no coffee machine in room an a tv that didn’t work.
I managed to live with this though as just needed a room for the night prior to an early morning flight.
But I guess some other travellers might have been a bit more upset about it.
Hopefully the hotel will fix these before re-letting the room.
