Beautiful hotel with top-notch staff. There’s a bit of construction in the surrounding area due to the 2025 Osaka expo. That did not affect the stay.

Breakfast set is good. Hotel room is spacious & clean. Reception is helpful. Hotel is located in walking distance of Umeda station & Nakatsu station

This is one of the finest hotels I’ve been staying at. I like the spacious room, panoramic windows with nice views. My room was nice and fresh every day with new sleepers and clean towels. I give it a 5-star.

Great hotel and staff is very friendly. We learned there is no laundry machine onsite. Pool is extra fee and not accessible to kids. Very walkable location.

We had a great stay at Hotel Hankyu International. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The concierge helped us send our largest pieces of luggage to Tokyo so we could travel light for a long journey with many train transfers to Hakone. Though breakfast wasn't included, we were in a good location to pick up coffee and whatever else we wanted. The beds were fantastic as was the layout of the room and all the included amenities (oversize bathtub, quality skin and hair care products, comfortable seating area with views of the skyline from the 30th floor, complimentary water that was replaced daily, etc.). The restaurants inside the hotel were among the standout meals we enjoyed in Osaka. The proximity to transportation made it a direct place to take day trips from. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has impeccable service and attention to details. It’s probably the cleanest hotel room I have stayed. It felt very quiet, relaxing g and safe. It is also close to subway station. Would definitely return.

Hankyu International is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Osaka business district. It’s centrally located with restaurants and subway/train station nearby. The hotel is very clean and luxurious compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan with American standard amenities except you have to pay to use the gym and the pool lane. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey compared to the outside hotels. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with great views.

The hotel is modern, stylish, with convenient technology features and support. It feels very pleasant. The staff are friendly, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. The room introduction is very informative and helpful. Our experience has exceeded our expectations. It is highly recommended from us.

Everything are great in hotel, except one bed. Stayed in 4 beds suite, 3 beds are good, but 1 bed is too soft which the mattress is too thin, and there is no support in the center of the bed frame where the body is embedded inside.

A fabulous hotel, had an old worldly feel with the decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a lovely view. It was walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station.

An excellent hotel with courteous and helpful English speaking staff. Room was spacious and clean with a stunning view of Ōsaka. Very close to Ōsaka Station to do day trips to Kyoto, Nara, and Himeji. A short cab ride to Shin-Osaka station to catch the Shinkansen. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything here is organized to make you feel taken care of. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is great, and it’s easy to access public transport and shopping. The beds were nice and firm and t was super quiet at night too.
