We were greeted by friendly staff and checked into our room. The room was lovely. This was a 2nd time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time we decided to book another stay there. The breakfast was wonder. It’s our new favorite hotel.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was definitely better than what most hotels offer. There were many options and it was well tended to.

The hallways needed vacuumed. They were filthy. The room was just ok clean wise. For a Marriot hotel I was a bit disappointed. We stayed here a few years ago and it was much better back then. Also fix the rim, it is way bent.

The room was nice, clean and big. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa were comforable. Breakfasts were well made and the buffet kept fresh and full.

They close breakfast a half hour early. Pretty annoying.

It was a wonderful family vacation. We were there for a wedding. It was very enjoyable. The staff even helped me find a tie that I dropped out in the parking lot.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hallways look/feel a little gloomy. But the rooms are great! Front desk staff is awesome! They are always very accommodating when I need anything extra for my room. And they always ask if I have a preference which floor I would like to stay on.

Overall a nice property. I thought the room thermostat was overly complicated, and the curtains and darkening shade in the “living room” were both torn and in need of replacement.

The garbage disposal caused the entire room to stink the entire stay.

Our room was too warm and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working very well. Neither of us could sleep. The bed did not seem to be a queen size. We were cramped. The tub was SUPER slippery!!! There was a bar to grasp but the tub surface was so slippery we had to place a wash cloth down for traction. This is not safe for seniors or anyone else! There were no working lights in the bedroom. Weird.

The talented and friendly staff were superb and accommodating! The excellent staff went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. We adore Gina, who went "above and beyond," showing great enthusiasm and passion in her work! She made us feel right at home. The Inn is very clean. Breakfasts are fantastic, with lots to choose from! Our lovely room space housed the most unique features and modern amenities. One could appreciate the thoughtful landscape of the elements in the room. I like that! The cozy Inn fits into one's lifestyle for vacation and or business. We slept well in the most comfortable bed. The residence is in a convenient location near popular attractions. There are many places to visit, such as restaurants, retail stores, and medical businesses. The Residence Inn Fort Wayne is the place to be when visiting Fort Wayne! We have no regrets, just lots of ongoing accolades!

The Marriott is a nice place to stay. My only issue is, when I checked in, Marriott told me that my reservation had been cancelled.

Staff was very professional and the room was clean and comfortable. I would suggest they provide shuttle service to the airport. I assumed that would be the case but it wasn't so shame on me for not confirming. Although everything else was good, unfortunately this would make me consider another hotel that offers shuttle service.

The room was spacious, staff friendly, and breakfast had a good variety. The hotel in general, including the room, definitely could have been quite a bit cleaner. During our stay there was a tornado warning. There was no direction from the hotel (in writing or in person) about where to go/what to do. We monitored the weather channel and decided we were okay in the room. Once that watch had expired, we went to bed only to be woken up about an hour later by the fire alarm. It went off for about a minute max. Again, no communication from the hotel regarding it. Probably wouldn't stay again.

It was so quiet. We were there for a funeral, and the quiet was very much appreciated. The dining area could've used a bit more cleaning and the fireplace didn't work the first night - they did fix it - but overall, very pleasant stay.

Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. The property is pet friendly, which was nice for people with pets. Our area outside of the bedroom smelled like a wet dog. That was our only issue during our stay. Great staff, included breakfast, nice indoor pool. Would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the large room and fireplace. Breakfast was fairly standard but presentation was very nice. The two women working there kept everything stocked and clean. The seating area for breakfast is lovely!

This size of the room was nice and the kitchen area was nice. However, we only stayed at this hotel so our 5 year old could swim and the pool was closed for that day only. They told us it would be open the next day and it wasn’t, so she was even more bummed that we got up early hoping she could swim for a couple of hours and she didn’t get to. The fitness room was extremely small and the two machines in there were really old and run down. The hotel had a pretty bad smell throughout the hallways. Also, when pulling into the parking lot, a bunch of mattresses were observed laying around their dumpster and trash laying every where. This was a sad Marriott, we were really bummed because Marriott hotels usually are really nice. When we called the Marriott main number, they were rude and ended up hanging up on us. We won’t ever stay here again and possibly won’t stay at another Marriott in the future.

I felt safe and very comfortable there. What I liked best was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. The front desk went above and beyond helping me, as did the housekeeping staff.I will gladly stay there again in the future when in the area.

Plumbing problem in kitchenette; fireplace did not work; tub very slippery.

The staff and the hotel was perfect.

Planned a little one night stay to take our kids swimming but it wasnt very enjoyable. The silverware in our room was dirty and the pool was closed half of our stay. The place seemed like it needed some upkeep, wont be staying there again but the staff was nice and the beds were comfortable at least.
