Outdated rooms, feels more like an old La Quinta or Baymont. Extra charge for uncovered, unsecured parking in a suburban area. $5 cokes. The restaurant/bar was closed in the evening.

Check in was very quick and easy since I booked at a third party but what they didn’t let me know was there was a surcharge for breakfast. The ladies were wonderful and gave it to me complimentary, but I wish it was stated as I checked in

Clean convenient, Only complaint was that a 5 dollar charge added to my credit card after I checked out for a parking fee despite being dropped off and picked up

The day was good. The only problem I had was that the elevator only one was working and on a busy weekend that’s pretty unacceptable. It took forever because it was all these wedding parties and you get in there and it took you forever to get up and down the elevator and that was very inconvenient. Other than that everything was fine. My wife didn’t like the tub, but I didn’t find a problem with it. Other than that everything was good.

I stay a couple times a month and the staff is always friendly, accommodating and amazing. Only feedback this time is the wall in my room was a little worn , but great stay otherwise.

The establishment itself was great, my problem was the plumbing, i won't go into details but, it was disgusting.

It was fine. Staff were polite. Miss the daily room refresh. That’s part of the hotel experience. This started with Covid and continues 4 years later.

The property was adequate. It was clean, safe, and well kept. Some of the staff didn't speak the best English. It seemed there were too many additional charges: weekday buffet, parking. The property was basically ok but nothing above average.

The air conditioning would not adjust in the room, so it was freezing. I had to ask for more blankets which they did bring to the room very quickly. The refrigerator was cold when I put the food in it. When I got up in the morning to get the food out to put in my cooler the Refrigerator was very hot so the food was ruined and had to be thrown away. The ice room was very hot and smelled bad. The bottom of the tub looks yucky, so I was afraid to stand in it without shoes. There was no TV guide so it was hard to know what the channels were.I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Overall our stay was nice. I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay to park on the premises (I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel & we’ve been all over the world, there was not complementary breakfast so we ended up eating at the local dinner and paid less for three people that we would have paid at the hotel. Also, tub backed up but the maintenance guy was quick and got the problem resolved (he needs a raise).

The property was actually nice. The room was clean and but a little run down. The staff was helpful and nice. For the price, the breakfast was a convenient option but wasn't very good. The turn off to this property would be the smell. As soon as I stepped off the elevator the hallway was very smelly. The room was the same.

1st room had mold on walls, carpet was soggy under feet and smelled like mildew. The room moved to had hairs on the bed and vomit on bathroom wall. Disgusting. We stayed somewhere else

The staff excellent from the front desk to the bar very nice young ladies. The only issue I had there must have been children next door they made noise all night.

Staff was great very nice & friendly & the location is great . The overall condition of the room it's in need of a remodel, it was clean just shows wear and tear . Bed was great. Shower is a tub , little slippery should be a walk in shower no one uses a tub when traveling. Had noisy neighbors and the doors close hard vey loud

The lobby and outside property was very nice for the money. The interior decor and hotel rooms were outdated and tired appearing. Amenities minimal and core elements such an air conditioner and room furniture were old and worn. Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn off in order to sleep. It was “fair” but served our purpose as a safe place to sleep for the night. Not at par with other Hilton locations I have stayed at.

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and professional.
The room was old, smelly and in desperate need of upgrading even though the room we had was a suite and the most expensive one in the hotel.
I have not stayed in any hotels in the last 10 years where I could not use internet TV! It felt like time machine gone back 29 years.

We stay here often. The big issue this trip was the slamming doors. The doors are big and heavy. You need to put a spring or something so they don’t slam. Day and night!!

Furnishings in the room were a little worn. Lumpy sofa bed that needed to be replaced but the helpful staff and other amenities made up for it.
