Complete disaster. From check in to check out. Rude staff. Filthy cloudy pool with phlegm floating around in it and no pool towels. Room not cleaned prior to check in. Doors that dont lock and can be pushed opened. Avoid avoid avoid. Close proximity to dorney but not worth it at all.

Found a dryer sheet between the beds and 1 bed didnt have a comforter on it and sheets were a little messy. Shower head was dripping even though water was off

Our check in was horrible. I had called a day ahead to touch base on a couple of things as there was a few rooms involved. Upon arrival the things discussed ahead of time we're not happening. After a very unpleasant discussion the man on the desk made it clear that he was not changing his mind. I asked for his supervisor and things just got worse. I do not appreciate being treated so poorly! I will never stay at this property again, nor will the other 7 people in our group. I guess customer service is a thing of the past, which is pretty sad!

It was a mediocre stay. It worked for what my daughter and i needed but i wouldn't do it again. We had to pay $25 a day for 2 breakfasts and the selction they served was awful so we didnt even utilize it. Waste of my money. The staff was ok. Some were more friendly than others. Parking kind of sucked. I had multiple charges from the hotel and when i asked why, they said there system was messed up and gave me 4 extra charges on its own. Thankfully the bank didnt approve them.

It was adequate. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room did not get serviced and towels were sent Up when we called. The breakfast was advertised as cooked to order which was not even close. It was a buffet and the hot food was cold. They were just getting in equipment to make your own waffles and for oatmeal. The people who worked there were very friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was small but pleasant. We were there to go to Dorney Park so it was adequate for our needs.

There was a fire nobody made sure everyone got out safe nobody made sure everyone got out at all nobody let people know it was safe to go back into the building spent the majority of my night in my car tried to call to complain to management but the rude people at the desk refused to put a manager on the phone they said the manager would call me back I ever got a call back management is incapable of doing their job

Rooms smelled of mildew and it was constantly hot no matter how low we turned the a/c. Staff was great, very nice and accommodating even with the multiple issues we had with our room. Wouldn’t stay again due to the conditions of the room unfortunately. They did not look/feel clean at all. We couldn’t wait to leave!

With the exception of be awakened at 4am Sunday morning to a fire alarm, and then having to sit in the parking lot for over 2 hours and 40 minutes…then missing the continental breakfast (because the fire was in the kitchen area) and the kitchen was closed the next day…the stay was okay!

Check in was horrible could not understand the lady and was very inpatient bathrooms were not clean and had hair in the shower and floor

More traffic noise than I would have liked. Convenient to I-78, but not well sheltered from noise. Check-in was crowded. Desk clerk was very polite and competent, there were just a lot of people to check in. And one large group had multiple requests and changes. So it goes. We also had a fire alarm go off at 415AM or so. Turns out it was real, kitchen fire, we were outside for about 40 min. No one was injured. We were all safe. Just disruptive night. No breakfast in AM, and we were refunded our prepaid breakfast fee. Events conspired against this being an overall relaxing night. Staff handled everything well, so my compliments to them overall.

Nice for a night

The toilet ran noisily the entirety of my stay, no one ever came to fix it. The shower door is off the hinges which is extremely dangerous to use and open and close. The room key was randomly deactivating even without being near a phone or magnetic anything. Someone clearly went into the room to clean it because they took out used towels and rags but did not remove the garbage, or replace the towels. Then when I called them the front desk to ask for towels we were told we could have them… but no one could bring them to us had to wrangle 3 kids to go down to get towels. Just for the same night the fire alarm to go off at 4am no staff direction at all and in the end the result was not being able to have any breakfast/dinner available. The bed was unmade as well. The hotel is nice looking and had amenities, but with all these issues the only thing I can think of is wanting a refund for this terror of a stay.

Its in a strange location but convenient to Dorney Park and other activities. We were just there for a business meeting

Room didn’t have AC and when I told the front desk and stated there was nothing they could do about it.

Staff was awesome for sure from the front desk to the bartender and server's, pool was out of service, all washing machines were out of service, first room we were put in had a shower that would not turn off and made the room damp, but the staff helped us get a new room.

The floor on the rum was dirty, furniture and molding were damaged and worn, and the pool was out of order. Staff were very friendly but were mostly reactive to needs, rather than keeping busy to prevent needs during downtime.

This was a really nice hotel and staff was great.

We love our stay, quiet friendly staff. We asked for our bed to be changed the next day because our sheets did not look like it was changed and they were very accommodating and friendly. We got clean sheets that we came to the conclusion that it was not changed and the first night we slept on dirty sheets. Other than that the breakfast was excellent and the customer service was excellent.I would of given every thing a 5 star if it was not for the not so clean sheets the first night.

Not a great stay, the girl at the front desk was rude when I checked it, the breakfast was terrible and the staff unfriendly.

The hotel clean, safe and well manged.

Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Noisy air conditioning and can hear the trucks on the highway at night. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.
