A/C kept turning off. I was offered to switch rooms, but the same thing was happening there. The Rugs in the hallways were VERY old and dirty. There was no elevator. The breakfast was minimal/

I had a salamander or lizard in my bed.

Hotel is very run down. You can tell there are some updates to the bathroom but other than that...holes in the walls, smell of mildew throughout and didnt seem in the best location.

Arrived to room with dirty sheets on a bed. Waiting an hour for someone to change them. Front desk person was terrible; just standing around when she could have done the job but insisted she had to call someone to do it. Never again will I stay there. Also Expedia stated it had a pool and it did not. Another Expedia customer was also looking for the pool. Not handicapped accessible at all. Breakfast had nothing healthy to eat

The room smelled so bad, a musty smell. They needed a dehumidifier badly! We complained but the other 2 rooms they offered us were just as bad or worse. And the TV remote didn'twork half the time either. Won't stay there again.

Overall the stay was fine. The motel has no elevator and is three stores. We were on the second floor, fortunately there weren't that many steps to go up.

If you're looking for bare bones and being grossly overcharged this isnyour place. This facility is in dire need of an update, it looks like one was started and never finished. The carpets look old worn, smell and dirty. The corners in the bathroom were not cleaned either. Do yourself a favor spend the extra 30.00 dollars and go across the street. The person that checked me in in the evening was very pleasant, check out mot so much. I said to the man by the front desk I wanted to check out and he told me to use the kiosk. Wow, what happened to customer service. How impersonal and very customer welcoming. If you're looking for bare bones

Good: room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. The hotel has some more advanced technology than you normally see at this price point, so that's good to see for upgrades. The restaurant choices nearby were great. Fazoli's was really good! Bad: The bathroom did have a few things that fell short. The sink wasn't big, which would be fine for one person, but we have 3. We couldn't unpack everything onto the sink that we normally do and it was still tight. There wasn't much hanging room, just one bar above the toilet for 3 towels. But overall, this hotel is one I'd return to.

Was close to the highway. A few choices for food nearby. It was clean and friendly staff.

Parking accessable was hectic with small child

Your Kiosk service sucks and doesn't work.Poor audio coupled with foreign accents are absolutely unintelligible. I will inquire about this type of "service" in the future and only stay at hotels using in person clerks that speak english.

Room was very clean and efficient. Fast Internet connectivity. Hotel is in an area with lots of dining options.

AC is a little bit noisy.

We thought the room was fine when we arrived, but woke up in the morning to dozens of sugar ants IN THE BED, in my hair, on the night stand, in my water by the bedside (god knows how many I drank in the middle of the night!), in my luggage which I had placed on the desk, on my drink can. It was beyond disgusting. When we went down for breakfast I brought this up with the manager, who was a video kiosk. He said since I booked online there was nothing he would do about it and goodbye. I called hotels.com who then called Super 8, who said I was a liar seeking money. They said I had photos and the manager promised to call me within 2 hours. Nearly 12 hours later no call. Don’t stay here unless you want ANTS IN YOUR PANTS, BRA, HAIR, WATER, and god knows what else.
