Space of the room was nice, gave enough room to spread out.

To start off the pullout couch didn't even have a mattress in it for someone to sleep on, which also made it uncomfortable to even sit on when not pulled out, when telling the front desk they mentioned "that's been that way for a while", they were supposed to fix it that night but hadn't. Had to go to the desk again the next day before it got resolved with a roll away bed. Breakfast wasn't great, eggs were very runny and sausage was overdone. They have a hot tub, figure I'd relax after a long day of golfing but it was only slightly warm.

not much honestly. it was terrible. worst we’ve ever been in.

the staff- horrible!!!! lazy, didn’t care. constantly on their personal phones. the housekeeping issues-we asked for them every single day and they never came ever. not one time. overflowing trash in both trash bins. had to bring our own trash bags to keep up. the incompetence of 98% of the staff got locked out of our room and no key until 1145 at night one night, with 3 small kids. ridiculous. next night no hot water at all. not even Luke warm and was told they can’t be sure when it will be fixed so that we could shower. we had to ask for towels and wash cloths the entire time.

everything. the staff is so bad. no towels at the pool or in our room at all. had to ask for towels constantly. never got the pool towels. a staff member made a death threat to me after being so lazy I had to go get the items asked for myself. was there for my moms funeral and was actually treated that way the morning of the funeral. infront of my 5 and 6 year old. still haven’t been able to get In touch with a manager over the whole deal. I’ve asked several times for a manager and they’re “out of town” “not in yet” and “not sure why they didn’t get the message to contact you”

Too many little things...but now, I've noticed there's a $40 charge on my credit card. There was also one for our stay, a few days prior, but it was put back into my account.

Our room wasn't 2 double queen beds, so I went back to the desk and they said they'd give us an upgrade..this one was supposed to have a balcony..it turned out to be double doors with a 10 inch space for what, who knows. The towel rack for shower wouldn't hold a towel, the makeup mirror wouldn't stay up. Couldn't use it and coffee maker didn't work right

Very convenient to get to. Staff was kind.

For a Hilton one expects a higher end hotel. Our room had not been vacuumed in quite some time it seems and bathroom floor wad filthy. Shower was also not cleaned. We stayed twice in a week to and from our destinations. 1st stay was cleaner than last stay. So maybe a hit and miss on the cleanliness.

The decor and the rooms were nice.

It was a very big hotel. Breakfast buffet was awesome. I loved the decor big rooms.

Building was a little dated and showing age. indoor pool needed some maintenance but overall satisfactory. shower in room was a little claustrophobic.

The pool area was so lovely. we all loved the heated pool. Staff was so kind. Restaurant was also a wonderful addition.
