Bad front desk service, No breakfast left at 9:45. Shut a door in my face, refused to prepare more, front desk no help. Just watched it. Asked for 12 check-out was told good. People beat on door 10:45, told them 12 was requested. Wife went to get cart keys would not work at 11:30, made was standing at door waiting on us with stares when we left at 11:50. The GM Heather it is impossible to contact her. Nice facility, just a rough and rude and noncustomer orientated staff. Will never stay again. Feel free to call for more details Troy Benitone. Great front desk

Of the three staff/employees I interacted with, all were very friendly and helpful. The gal who checked us in was particularly great...she was attentive and went a bit extra to put us in a good room. The friendliness and good service was what stood out. Overall the hotel felt mostly clean (sheets and bathroom were good), though the new/renovations seemed a bit surfacy...the floor in our room felt flimsily installed, and there was a piece of dog kibble under the couch. But none of it was bad, just giving honest feedback. Overall the stay was great!

This hotel was wonderful!!! The staff was so helpful!!! I would highly recommend this place. It is conveniently located, very clean and friendly!!!

The main unit containing the tv, microwave, and small refrigerator had no power and were unusable.

It was a great place. The breakfast was good, and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility could use a little updating, but it was extremely clean. We could tell that the bath had been recently renovated. Overall, we were very pleased. Great value and a good night’s sleep. Thank you.

My go to hotel when in the Mt Vernon area. Always clean, quiet, friendly a great proximity to many restaurants.

Upon check in we learned the hot tub and pool were shut down and out of service. This was one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. The attendant gal, was not super friendly and all she stated was "well, you can cancel your reservation". After driving all day, that was also not what we wanted, to hunt for another hotel.

Pool closed- that’s the reason I booked this facility. Was not told at check in and got into my swimsuit and went downstairs and pool door closed. Waist of my time and money

The hotel and the room were very clean and in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the check in and provided me with information about the breakfast and other amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and updated. I am very pleased that I chose this place to stay.

Overall pleasant stay. When making a reservation I initially had to call hotel 3 times and was put on hold each, then after 5-6 minutes the call would automatically disconnect. The fourth time i called the attendant said she was the only one working and seemed frustrated that i continued to call back to ask a question. Realizing she was stressed and upset, I let her know I would make the reservation online and did not get my question answered. It wasn’t a big deal. When checking in, the attendant was not friendly and short with a new guest checking in - was not a great first impression, but that was with one individual. Hotel was clean and tidy. The spa/hot tub went out of service that evening which was disappointing. Overall a good experience aside from those two details. My feedback to the hotel would be customer experience could be improved with proper training to employees of being kind and friendly on the phone and in person - it goes a long way.

Check in went well and person was very nice. Room was nice, however, the rug was FILTHY from most likely pets as they are a pet hotel. The room had a smell to it. Breakfast was mediocre and the floor was a mess.

During a 15-hour road trip, we stayed for 1 night to split the trip into 2. We found our room to be clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom/shower very clean and relaxing with good water temperature and pressure. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide variety of health balanced options for our whole family of 6.

The room was clean but had an odd smell. There must have been a water leak at some point because the flooring by the bathroom was soft and coming up.

We really enjoyed the home feeling if this BnB. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast…we enjoyed sitting on und front porch with the cat and watching birds.
