Rooms were nice and comfortable. Service was great and customer service was good.

My bathroom was DISGUSTING. Pubic hair in the showers, slime mold, disgusting stains all over the shower. 12 hours of driving and that’s what I got to take my family up to. Complained at the front desk and was told “sorry can’t comp your room”.

Once past the lobby every hallway smelled like weed. The AC in my room was broken. I went to front desk to bring both to their attention. They were very kind and prompt to attempt to accommodate and remedy. Moved to another room, AC worked but it smelled like weed (not as bad as hallway) and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Thick layer of dust on every surface.

I was very impressed by the DoubleTree by Hilton. It is a beautiful hotel, I loved the modern fixtures in our room, and it was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and it made a perfect ending to our day! Thanks for keeping the pool open until 11:00 p.m.! Most hotels don’t! ❤️

There was an issue with my reservation being for the wrong date. I'd contacted the 3rd party and they contacted the hotel to see if I could change/swap the date. Not only did the 3rd party lie and say the hotel would accommodate us and switch the booking, at no charge, but the girl at the front desk, not so kindly informed me that was not true and would only help me if I paid for another room since I missed the one the previous night. Highly disappointed in the lack of help and attitude I received. Looked like a large enough hotel to be able to accommodate my request and it was far from booked with maybe 10 cars in their lot. Yes, she said they held my room (on a not so busy night, they could not have been booked) to move that reservation to the night i needed would have been possible entirely, but she flat out refused. They got our money and ran with it. Pick another hotel.

Our one night stay was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were great. Pool has alot of green algea in the grout, but still was nice. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check in was very nice. Restaurant is great. Our server Lily was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good too.
