Soft water, great breakfast, quiet.

It was raining so we couldn't open a window and the air conditioner can was very noisy.

the staff were not accommodating nor professional. the swimming pool was filthy and disgusting.

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Just the normal scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy cereal etc. Would be great if waffles were available to be made.

Only real problem was the bathroom was looking worn. It was clean and all just worn.

Everything was good.

The eggs and biscuits with gravy were good. Good assortment of fruit.

Heard someone getting ice at 2:00 in the morning. Slow elevator.

Hot tube didn’t work an the pool wasn’t heated very cold!!!

Breakfast was very good The location was just off the highway we were on.

The main issue we had was with 2 things. The mag keys stop working much too easily just because of a cell phone. We spent the previous night in an independent hotel and the mag cards were quite reliable. More, the door would not shut all the way as easily as it should have. Worse yet was the a/c - heater in the room. Everytime it came on it blew cold air right over the bed we'd chosen to sleep on and we could feel the cold draft all the way toward the entry area of the room. .

The room was nice an clean. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. The pool wasn’t heated. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work. No towels in the pool area.

Perfect location, the staff was so kind and accommodating. I was very pleased with the housekeeping as well.
