Beautiful new refurb room which was lovely. Great pool and water park. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Italian restaurant at the resort was really good and not over priced.

Wonderful stay! The property is so well maintained and presented. Our water view room was incredibly comfortable and soundproof. Staff were lovely, food was fast and great value. Will definitely be coming back.

The booking did not exist! However you took my money from my account! This was a surprise for my sons birthday! To only have to stand at the counter with crying children arfter being told that the room i paid for with access to themes parks did bot exist!! Refund my money immediately! Further action will be taken!

It’s a perfect family holiday spot, plenty to do for kids within the resort and sea world. Easy to get to surfers paradise for dining.

Always a nice stay at Seaworld Resort. Its clean, has a great pool and lovely garden areas. The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. However due to the limited bedding options we may not be able to stay again. We have 2 teenagers and no rooms have an option of a queen/double bed and 2 single beds at all. A little strange for a family resort.

Had a lovely time with family, stay a night at the hotel when going to Seaworld and you can go in to the park 2 days, good value. Breakfast is included. We ordered our dinner room service, not cheap but lovely food & convienient when kids are tired. Fun water park. We love this place. Great helpful staff.

We had rubbish in our room on arrival, in our outdoor area and half eaten ice cream in our fridge. We let the hotel know and the ice cream was removed but rubbish stayed on our table outside room.
Apart from that the stay was great.

Great package-deal for families with included buffet breakfast and theme park entry including day of arrival and departure. Wonderful onsite pool and splash zone for young kids. Casual food available from pool bar. Would stay again for this. Beds very soft/saggy and all pillows very high/full, multiple people in our party got neck pain and could not sleep well here (enough we would consider sleeping on floor and bringing own pillow if staying again).

SeaWorld Resort was very clean and had attentive staff you were always able to find someone if you needed to. Close to theme parks and dining. Buffet breaky had lots of options. Only negative is there doesn't seem enough parks for guests we had trouble each night finding a park many guest park on street..

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, loved the pool. Was there for a conference and all facilities were excellent. Sunrise directly over the beach on the last morning - magical. Thanks Seaworld.

Upgrade fantastic - enjoyed the experience. Food not so good in the restaurant and there was a lot of people queuing for breakfast.

We had a fabulous stay at the resort. We actually felt like we were on a cruise with all the dining options available. We must say thank you for the upgrade to a suite. This was an amazing holiday and we went to SeaWorld every day. There was lots to see and do

Loved the property and the park perfect for all ages. Parking was an issue and we had to park on the street the whole time. Breakfast was ridiculously busy and the 2 restaurants being closed (Japanese and shoreline) on the Monday night put a lot of pressure on the bar and the pizza place open. Staff did amazing to accommodate as best as possible but this could have easily been resolved with at least 1 of those open too.

Extremely terrible experience, our booking date is 11 August check in and 13 August check out; been told is 13/8 and 14/8,terrible service from hotel.com, unable get the issue sorted out, and still waiting for reply from hotel.com.

The room was great for family of 5 in hotel. Breakfast was great and good variety. The beds were not comfortable at all. We choose this resort as it came with 3x park tickets which was good value. We would return here for sure

I love that they have a LOT to offer in terms of activities, best place to go with kids. Loved the Dolphin show👌. However parking at the hotel was a nightmare.

Clean, neat and tidy and staff great. Breakfast was disappointing, long queues, broken machinery and long waits for correction of pancake and ice cream machines. Evening dinners were pricey and stone cold on arrival to table.

Very family friendly. It was great that we could walk straight into Seaworld from the hotel and access the park earlier than than the general public. The facilities were great. We enjoyed the lobby bar and the cafe breakfast buffet. The only downside was that our room was so far from the pool. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the resort for the fact there was always something to do. Food was great with plenty of variety. The only downside was rooms were very old and tired and had been patched up. Carpets were very stained and beds were old and uncomfortable. Staff were all lovely though and couldn’t do enough to help. Overall a great place to stay for families they could just do with updating their rooms.
