It’s a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. Very clean and great layout.

The villa was very clean and well kept. Plenty of supplies and lots of storage. However, my issues pertain to communication and construction. Construction was underway in the parking lot severely limiting parking options. I would also mention that the lots are narrow so proceed with caution. The fire alarm went off one afternoon while I was napping. After exiting, a construction worker told us it was a "test only" alarm. This is a time share or owners property. We were called multiple times to take advantage of a special deal and take the tour. We asked to discontinue these calls as we had just returned from a funeral and needed to rest. The calls are annoying and would prevent me from using this property again.

Loved that it was right on the beach for daily walks and bike rides. Extremely clean and very friendly staff.

I love the Monarch, arguably one of the best available anywhere on the island. Can get quite pricey during the peak season. I was here with my mom and rented a 2 bedroom Oceanside unit. Beautiful and well-maintained.

This property has great amenities and the staff is always super friendly and kind! The room was so clean and spacious. The best part is that the best is right behind the pool area. I definitely recommend this property and will be visiting again!

Very clean & quiet & quick walk to the beach. Beautiful artistic sand sculptures being built daily by a very nice man.

Wonderful place and service

What I liked about the property is that it was on the beach as promised. However waiting from 3:30 pm to 4 pm to check in was extremely inconvenient considering we traveled 13 hours to get there. I felt we didn’t receive the same treatment as a Bonvoy member. As an Expedia customer I got the shaft treatment all the way down to getting a knock at the door at 9:30 am reminding me of our 10’ clock check out. Housekeepers watched closely with a hawk eye we checked out exactly at 10am. Also we were reminded several times upon check in that we can do our own laundry including the hotel towels. As that’s more convenient for the hotel and not the guest go figure. Price was extremely overpriced as the property had limited activities. If your a Non- smoker be aware the have smoking designated right on the private beach path in a gazebo that had no shortage of smokers! Front desk staff Paige was courteous, however it could have been better if we weren’t delayed upon arrival. Good luck with parking as it’s tight and cramped with barely any available spaces. Overall rent privately as you may get more for your money.

Our place was very clean quite roomy. The absolute only issue we could possibly say negative is the shower was hard to get to temperature but not a big deal

We had driven almost 500 miles to enjoy a beach vacation. We arrived about Saturday and were told the next day we were to vacate due to Dorian storm. We never even got to the beach. Maybe next year we will have better luck..

The villas are incredibly spacious. A 2 bedroom villa is basically a 2 bed, 2 bath 1400 sq foot condo and includes a washer/dryer. With a full kitchen and a dining table for 8, I can imagine this would be a great place for a family vacation. The buildings look old from the outside, but they are very new and updated on the inside. And our villa had two huge balconies as well! Youre right on the trails, and what makes it perfect is that youre right across from the bike shop. So you can rent a bike and easily go down to the Salty Dog or over to Harbourtown, which are both about a mile away. And while there is no food/restaurant/room service on site, youre right next to the Beach Club which is great for any meal. Youre right on the beach, so beach access doesnt get much better. And they have two pools, with one heated. The downside is that I completely missed the fine print, which states you could have to move rooms. We only stayed two nights, so I found this especially ridiculous. Since this is a timeshare property, they basically overlap bookings and give preference to the timeshare owners. They called me the same day of check in to tell me Id have to move rooms... like I could do anything about it at that point. Overall, I would love to stay here again, as long as I dont have to change rooms.
