Fine hotel for an overnight stay at a good price and decent location. I have stayed here a good few times, whilst decor is dated and hotel isn't luxurious it has always met my needs in terms of price and location and the level of comfort for a hotel in this price range. I have found the room to be comfortably warm and the bed also comfortable. Location is good with wembley outlets and the tube close by.

All was fairly okay except shower which stays forever cold. My family and I had to use only bath.

Warm welcome from nice and friendly ladies at the reception desk.
Clealiness questionable, and not been surprised to see the room maid sitting in a cupboard playing ith her phone.

Junior suite had lots of space but getting to the room was via a back lift, possibly the service lift so going past lots of ill fitting doors. Central heating was not working and it was 2C outside. Very cold room but it did have an electric heat exchanger which I turned to maximum. Slowly the room started to get warmer. Had it on virtually all the time except when sleeping. Top floor room so lost heat quickly. Comfortable bed but bathroom taps were a little spluttering.

First of all the whole place is out dated and very very dirty! It feels very unsafe(someone tried to get in, in the night)and the place (corridors) smelt of drugs! The room itself had 4 beds which is unnecessary for the 2 of us. Also it was not clean(cobwebs everywhere and marks everywhere) and very outdated. There was also a weird fusty and dirty smell in the room. The lights didnt work. The curtains didnt fit. The toilet seat was worn out- marks everywhere. The tea and coffee was so cheep also i was to scared to use the kettle because of the cleanliness. The bed- you could feel the springs in the mattress. Then someone let off the smoke alarm (because of the shower or smoking in their room) in the early hours which scared me and my daughter to death especially after a bad night with someone trying to get in and the quality of the mattress and duvet!

Had a one night stop in Wembley for something at the arena, and stayed at this hotel. For this purpose, I'd recommend it. It is close to the tube, close to the arena/stadium and close to multiple food options.
The room itself was comfortable enough, and there was plenty of room for two friends sharing a room. The shower was poor, which was a shame but not the end of the world for a 1 night stop. One of the building lifts couldn't tell you where it was either, which wasn't ideal.

A clean and efficient stay with everything required. Not the poshest or most modern but definately worth a standard rate & standards very good. No complaints at all. Reception staff nice. Didnt use bar or restaurant but plenty were using it.

Room was the worst ive have ever stayed in. Toilet running all night, loud neighbours (3am). We had 2 double beds, so uncomfortable, and every spring made a noise on both. There were 2 foldout beds which looked they had been dumped in the room. The sink and toilet were both cracked. Awful room, we didnt dare eat there.

The room was incredibly outdated. The bathroom was full of mold and overall felt dirty to stay in and a weird smell lingered throughout the hotel. The staff were relatively friendly but didn’t feel super welcomed.

Upon arrival the hotel appeared dated. As we went to our room other guests mentioned the lifts didnt work well. When we got out of the lift there was a smell of smoke. Once in the room it wasnt clean, the smoke smell was present. The bath had what appeared to be cigarette burns in 3 places. There was a large air-conditioning unit fixed to the floor leaving about a 2 inch gao to get past to the bed.
We went straight back to reception to check out. The staff were helpful and suggested we may get a refund for the second night. I think as we never stayed through no fault of our own that we should have been refunded in full. Especially as we then had to source new accommodation

This hotel needs a renovation, corridors smells cigarette smoke, bathroom wash basin & shower drains not working properly water stays for ages to drain. The shower needs changing . The pillows are so thin that doesn’t feel like it’s there, the tv in the room was 10 inch I think the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Unfortunately won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Great basic hotel. Great sized family rooms. Not enough towels for number of guest when booking a family room. Lack of wall plugs. Dubious stain on wall - came off with a wet wipe so cleaning staff should have sorted it. No mattress protectors - sheets straight onto mattress. Light duvets - no spare blanket. Was chilly! Hallways smell musty and of old cigarettes. Lifts small and not showing floor numbers during transit. Good sorts bar showing football and rugby. Reception staff looked after bags after check out. Didn't eat on site so can't review. Stayed to attend Starlight Express - less than five minute walk each way. Hotel looks tired

Room lovely and clean nice temperature. We ate in the restaurant evening meal responsibly priced and good portion size certainly couldn’t manage a dessert. Staff friendly both booking in and in the restaurant. Walking distance to Wembley which is what our stay was for. Would recommend and stay again.

It was NOTHING like the pictures! On the photos it looked new, clean and beautiful but actually it was dirty, smelly, old and looked revolting. Don’t come to this hotel unless you want to stay in a disgusting room.

The hotel was grim. The beds were poor with thin mattresses. Pillows hard the rooms also contained two folding beds but only on vagaries. It gel like temporary acccommodation for a homeless family. The staff were friendly and polite There was little space for breakfast

Bathroom was a fair bit grimey, surfaces were sticky, room was noisy even with windows closed due to the fact there was a massive hole in the wall in which, a general domestic style air con unit was poorly attached.

It was terrible, dirty , smelly and old decor needs. Arefurb, most importantly the bed was painful to sleep on springs popping out! Horrendous did not stay the night left at mid night felt nausous with the smell and room was filthy

For the money we could have been in a brand new Novotel almost next door. This hotel should lower its prices when Wembley is not busy as it is not worth the money. Convenient parking which is free is a real plus and location good but I would shop around more in future.

Hotel goog for location, but the mattresses are probably older then i am and that is well into the last century. No comfort, springs pushing through., no mattresses protection The tv is tiny and far from the bed. Though the room is clean, bathroom is very dated.

Good location for events at Wembley Stadium or Arena. Room clean and spacious. Suited my needs for the night. Areas of hotel tired and could do with some decoration but for the money it was good value

Went to a football match which was amazing Wembley Stadium 3mins walk so location on point the hotel needs major refit it was clean but basic and old fashioned staff friendly enough it’s okay if it’s just a bed you want for the night

For one night the room was perfectly adequate, but on the whole the hotel was totally soulless. Maybe is was the time of year and it wasn't as busy but the building and rooms look tired.

Fantastic location in Vegas to Wembley Stadium. The hotel really needs some money spending on it. Towels rails hanging off walls, dirty walls in rooms, tatty carpets. For the price of the rooms, it should be a lot cleaner/better maintained.

Close to 02meant that they could charge what they like. Paid 200 pounds each room for a one night stay in what seemed to be a 3 star property

This is a terrible run down hotel and definitely not what has been advertised!!! We were very disappointed and had to buy a room at another hotel on the day. It looks very unsafe, the entrance is under repairs and looks like the hotel has been abandoned. There was a pest control van in the car park when we arrived so that doesn’t bode well. The room was below average and the hotel just smelled of smoke and dirt.
