Nice location, convenient and comfortable.

Everything at the Yasaka meets or exceeds expectation. The prices are very competitive. The rooms are clean and well appointed, each room offering an excellent view of the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings are varied and plentiful. We spent nine nights here and would definitely return.

Large room with a great ocean view. Also great location on the beach. It inspired me to book an extra night.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. From the min I arrived at the hotel till I left, I found the service provided by the staff EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. There is something wrong with the staff, and the hotel management has to look into why the staff seems so unhappy and rude. I was treated as if I owed them something. As a heads-up to anyone booking, there is no airport transfer provided by the hotel even if it mentions that it does. The massage center in the hotel was even more shocking. After paying 360k dong for the massage, I offered some tips to the masseur. She refused saying it is too small and she demanded for a minimum of 200k dong in tips. She mentioned the hotel doesnt pay her for doing massages. I refused to give her such a big tip and she told me to leave! I was treated in such an inhospitable manner. Its really disgusting, the behavior of their staff.Then the breakfast! Where do I start? Absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Bland, not fresh and there was even rotten worm infested fruits served on dish. Again, the staff serving the food & at the egg station were cold, unfriendly and rude.Then finally, the only thing that was nice was actually the room itself. It is a pity as the room and view is actually nice. But the people working in this place really ruins it. As I work for a magazine, I made sure, that I will share about the deplorable disgusting treatment I received from this hotel via my platform.

The whole booking and staying experience was great. We enjoyed every aspect of the stay at Yasaka.

It was great.

Good hotel with good facilities and great staff. The hotel catered to both western and Asian foods with a great barbecue drinks not so good at the barbecue though but good value for money.went on 4 island tour which was a great experience.

Breakfast was pleasant and at a nice location. Room was large, and comfortably furnished. Nothing not to like. Conveniently located with respect to the beach, which is just across the street.

We had 5 nights here and everything was very good. Staff are very nice and friendly, beds are comfortable. The location is great, in the very center. The hotel is clean with good facilities. Love the swimming pool. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

Service was excellent on every level. Great views from every room. Try the chicken with lemongrass at the Red Onion on the top floor.

This hotel is older and is in terrible condition. It needs some serious upgrade investment. The room is tolerable but most of the other facilities are in awful condition. Breakfast was marginal - not the best. The pool is in poor condition, the fitness equipment looked so dangerous we did not use it, and the spa has been gutted and were not sure if theyre working on it. There were many other parts of the hotel in dis-repair. The lobby is deceiving because its in good condition, but the rest of the hotel is not. The room did have a good ocean view but there is no balcony. The service was marginal. The room was cleaned okay but we asked numerous times to get the safe fixed and they never showed up. We would not recommend this hotel for a stay. There are many other hotels on the trip that are in better condition. If you want good beach experience then stay further south on the strip because the beach is deeper and has bars and restaurants right at the beach. Also the restaurant buffet is expensive by Vietnam standards. You can get much better options elsewhere.

The hotel is located very conveniently that it is so close to the beach as well as the bus station. Also, the lobby, the room and the dining hall is very big.

Some small corner is dusty, kettle is rusty, even they changed it, Most staffs are hard to communicate with english, even in the canteen, and they open egg by long nail...incredible four star hotel...

High end looks are only superficial. It is the small things that will ruin your reputation. As with any corporate strategy, it is the repeat customers that will sustain profits and future growth. These are some of the BASIC amenities that are simple to correct yet if neglected, customers will NOT return.Wifi too weak or does not work at all. (A simple 1,000,000dong ($50USD) wifi extender or ethernet cables will rectify the problem)Sporadic power loss in various rooms.Stopped up drain or showers.Eating breakfast indoor but waiting until guests are eating before turning on the air conditioning.Air conditioning not cool enough causing room to be damp and musty. (add more freon)

To start with the room as I entered the very first time stunk of mildew. It was quite strong. My view was a wall and if I stretch my neck to the left then I might see some blue that was the beach. Underneath the window, construction material.The bed OMG terrible! So so hard my neck and arms as I had to sleep sideways hurt every morning.The staff was nice and they did try to accommodate and were extremely helpful when the safe didnt work, 3 different staff members had to come check it out when finally the third thought it was best to take away the one I had and replace it with another one.

We got the suite room for the same price as the standard rooms at the Sheraton next door. The room is huge and has a great view. On the other hand my friend got three standard rooms for her family and these rooms look like a jail cell. These rooms are small and it seems like you have to a maze to get to them. Well you got what you're paying for. The hotel is out dated but clean. I gave the suite room a 4 stars but the standard rooms 1 star. The location of the hotel is great because it 's closed to everything.

This is a large, business hotel, lacks charm but it practical . But 25 mins walk from main restraunt streets, but its a $2 taxi ride away

Nice location, friendly staff, clean room, great value for the price. Its little old but well kept

I was on 6 floor and the room give a superb view to the beach. Breakfast was good ( excellent fresh bread !!!) I saw the city truck came,cleaning the beach in the morning and make the beach very clean, very pleasant to stay. BTW the beach is in front of the hotel and the hotel offers free umbrella. Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the local market where we can find excellent local fruits and food fro very good prices.

Stayed in hotel with family, three rooms in total, and found hotel to be excellent value for money with a nice breakfast. No hestiation in recommending to others as it was very popular.

Great hotel. Beach right in front with beach chairs, drinks and palm umbrellas. Stayed in a suite which had 3 rooms with amazing views of the ocean. Rooms were very clean and confortable with fresh fruit daily. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was on 11th floor with beautiful views. Only downsides are, linen (beach towels and bed linen) is very old even with a couple of holes however it was clean so did not bother us. One of the bars near the entrance very nice however the one near the pool never had anything we wanted even though we were ordering from the menu. Pool hours are only 9 to 6 and we love swimming early so that was a bit disappointing. .

The description provided in the listing said all 201 rooms have sea views. The rooms on the 2nd floor don't. Naturally, I was given a room for my 4 night stay on the 2nd floor. I had to spend a half an hour discussing truth in advertising and business ethics with the mgr before they put me in a room with a very nice sea view. I ultimately recommend this hotel with the caveat that you need to be vigilant with your consumer rights. Ultimately, they reluctantly took responsibility for their "mistake" in the description. That is somewhat of a positive. The included breakfast was a big plus. The hotel is very close to a nice beach with clean water and good swimming. The price is high for vn, but not high for the Nha Trang strip. The pool is small and exercise equipment is basically non-existent. The weights are light and few; the treadmill skips and other aerobic equipment is inadequate.

We stayed at Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. What stood out most is that the hotel is very good value for money. The hotel is a little bit away (albeit only 10 minute walk) from the main tourist area of Nha Trang but this was a good thing. The onsite Spa also offered very competitive (compared to external spas) and value for money spa treatment packages. Breakfast provided was also very good.

Very friendly staff all over the place. Especial mention for Thong from reception, he has been very supportive, friendly and helpfull. Having a smile from friendly people all over the place makes your day every time again and this defines most of the value of a place like this. Just go here.
