The staff were so friendly, we also have a free birthday cake. Thought the facilities are kinda old already.

The property was dated. The hardwood floor in the room was slippery. Only stayed a night, will not do a longer stay.

Staff in the breakfast buffet are very helpful, especially Apple. All the staff including concierge, security and checkin are courteous and very helpful.

Every person in the Hotel was hospitable and Kind . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bellevue Hotel . I enjoyed the breakfast , the Gym , the Pool and the check-in & check-out process. My room was cleaned and kept immaculate .

The room was nice and felt cozy. My only complaint would be the wood floors, they were squeaky.

We came at non-peak season (January) and it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Staff were amazing and helfpul every single moment. Very spacious room and great amenities. Close to Asiana Hospital (Free Hotel Shuttle) and close to the malls (free Hotel Shuttles as well).

I have never been to a hotel without a microwave in the room. Everything looks nice a pretty until you start paying attention to details. Room doors don’t fit right, tile work not even, wood floors squeak terribly. Even the front desks are terrible quality with glass thrown around in an attempt to impress.

The Bellevue was very nice and clean, the staff were friendly and accomodating, and the food, including the breakfast buffet is worth the extra price.

Very much enjoyed our stay. We consider Crimson because of proximity to Festival Mall. But the price was double at Crimson. Bellvue also improved on their Gym facility which was a plus for my brother and I.

It was nicely located and staff was great. Every one there was very nice. Has a nice pool upstairs on the roof the we used. AC did not work very well in the room and the room felt a little dingy. But the hotel is very nice overall. Just compared to other hotels in Manila there are definitely better options.

i cannot recall ever being so disappointed by a stay anyhere. first off, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not by any stretch of the imagination.Let me qualify this by stating I have stayed in the Crimson, Acacia and Shangri La Makati. All of whiich are head and shoulders above this place. The only thing it has going for it is the gym , which is first class ,and the location, which is in a thankfully unpolluted area just outside of Manila (Alabang).Upon check in ,no info was given about anything really. 5 days into my stay i found out there was a free shuttle to Festival Mall and Asian hospital - i had been walking there. My original room which was a business deluxe room was a joke! Small , dark and dirty. NO info about anything tgo do with the hotel anywhere in the room , and overlooking some wasteland. I didnt fit in the shower. There was no way this was a room f a 5 star hotel. I discussed it with the guy on reception who offered to upgrade me , for an extra 1000 PHP per night! I'm not sure why i should have to pay extra when i was under the impression what i had booked would not be of such a low standard. The new room was bigger and better (ask to be put in the Tower Wing) , but in need of TLC. Room service woudl forget to put toilet roll in the bathroom and twice left me without a bath robe.Constant knock on my door. Never ending piano muzak on repeat in the lobby and restaurant.Breakfast was dreadful. 320 php for dbl espresso-more expensive than London! Avoid at all costs !

It was good.. it’s just that , the sheets aren’t fragrantly clean like they used to.
