Love this hotel. It’s a basics hotel with a decent breakfast, amazing staff (from the front desk… the kitchen staff… the maintenance department…. Housekeeping… and even the event planners) I didn’t have an event there but the stairs we used were near the event rooms and the staff was so kind. I didn’t have any issues and they were great with the kids. The pool was warm and clean… pool towels were kinda small but that’s the only small complaint I could find. Beds were comfortable even the sofa and trundle bed were comfy. The laundry room had plenty washers and dryers. The price was very low for the services offered. Definitely worth the stay. Traveling with 3 small kids one of my concerns is how thin walls are but I couldn’t hear my neighbors even when they were sold out.

Front desk was very friendly, but the crew that worked the free breakfast offered an amazing experience for me and my family. Ms. Antoinette truly runs a great staff in her kitchen.

The building had a number of maintenance issues. The interior steps had broken or taped edges on the treads. We had a bathtub with a faucet that wouldn’t turn off, not just a drip but a stream of water. Our sink didn’t have a plug so it couldn’t hold water and would let anything that fell in the sink go straight down the drain. The light over the small refrigerator flashed like a strobe light for 10 minutes every time it was turned on. The refrigerator was cold when we got there but stopped working. We could hear treadmills and weights being used in the Fitness Center below us. Absolutely NO complaints about the staff or the cleanliness! They are doing a great job considering their building disrepair.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was so clean and nice. The staff were all so friendly, attentive and all around great! I definitely recommend they get a 10/10 and that’s hard to do because I am picky lol

Staff were amazing and kind. The room had a bit of a mold/must funk smell but it didn’t really bother us as we used the room only to sleep. For the price, it was what we expected. It was an easy 20 minutes to Veterans Amphitheater.

The hotel look nice, the front desk was very helpful, the rooms looked clean but my allergies and my moms asthma just got really bad as soon as we enter the room, the room smell like humidity. The breakfast was cold and the lady that work the area was pretty rude not only to me but to other customers too. Area had a strong bleach smell but the pool itself did not look clean. I really like all the marriott hotels that I have stayed in so far but this one dissapointed us.

When we go to hotel the pull out trundle bed was so dirty housekeeping came out and cleaned I also found some bugs in bathroom and my kids have bites all over them so I am pretty sure they have bed bugs

The breakfast was delicious. Different options every day. Eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Housekeeping is every other day which is fine for going green. The property is modern.

The pool was Filthy, they didn’t do the room every day no toilet paper available I have to ask for extra towel and on top of it they charged me $60 extra dollars and they don’t say why

Super friendly front desk and kitchen staff. We were able to check in early which was lovely for our family of 5. My children enjoyed the pool very much. Hotel was clean, safe and a great price. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of selection.

The hotel staff was excellent except for one of the morning crews serving breakfast. Two of that crew were surley to the guests, many of whom were here for a baseball tournament. This crew is need of training in proper customer relations. Breakfast went from 630AM TILL 10 AM. Waffles were served from 630 till 9AM.The other crew was very good. I commented on this to the front desk staff and things improved. I want to commend Tiffany at the front desk and to Autumn of the room cleaning staff.

Breakfast selection was great but staff of at least three people did not keep things stocked, such as cups, tea bags, napkins, etc.. The food areas were messy with oatmeal dripped all over, dry cereal dropped, etc. - the area needed to be continually wiped down, but wasn't. There were no towel bars in shower room to hang our wet towels to use again to be "environmentally friendly". The shower rack where we could have hung towels was very rusty. There should be two TVs - one for each area as other Springhill Suites have, so the TV could be watched while someone else slept. I expected more from Springhill Suites, having stayed at the Oceanfront site in October 2023. Things that were good: the air conditioner worked well, the bed was comfortable, offered breakfast selections were good and plenty of seating for a busy weekend, pleasant housekeeping staff.

Breakfast ended at 10 and they started cleaning up and putting stuff away at 915. Waffle station was put away and food wasn’t refilled after that time.
Most of the staff were friendly. I have celiac and need gluten free and the kitchen staff made sure there was something I could eat for breakfast.

I wasn't there much, only to sleep, but my stay was pleasant, there was a couple of set backs, like only one elevator was working, and the sink in my room had very low water pressure. But other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was very good. Most parking is behind the building. We had a late flight and having a dennys practically in the parking lot was very convenient

Carpet needs cleaning. A C needs servicing and the mold in the tub are and under the sink was disgusting. No omelet station as advertised. Front desk told us it would close at 9 but we were there 3 nights and it was never opened. The coffee was just bad. Front desk staff was very kind.

We stayed in a handicapped accessible room on the 2nd floor. Shower leaked creating a puddle on the floor overnight. There was no guide for the tv (either electronic or paper). Shower showed traces of mold. A little disappointing for the price.
