The carpets and curtains could use a cleaning, but other than that everything was absolutely fine.
Easy to reach by foot from Antwerp-Berchem station.

Great hotel! Good beds and breakfast is good. Only minus is that its thin walls and door, you can hear anything! But overall, a great hotel that i can recommend :-)

Was supposed to have double bed, got twin beds. Quilt soiled (wont let me show picture). Towels fraiyed. TV only couple of English channels. Corridor carpet dirty, paint on it. One side of room doors paint peeling of, other side a bit better. Place needs total make over. Did not venture into restaurant or bar

Considering the price this hotel is good value if you stay in Berchem. Clean and simple. Easy parking. However, it was quite hot, so the lack of AC was inconvenient.

Modern property and interior, friendly staff.
Location very near the highway ( Ring Antwerpen) Traffic noise allday. Noise acceptable with Windows closed but no airconditioning.

The staff was quite helpful and the amenities are as stated. But the bartenders were very engaged and insightful in regards to where to and where not to. I would stay here again.

Firstly the staff at reception and at the bar were really welcoming and helpful especially when we had to move rooms as the initial room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The overall presentation of the room was extremely poor. While the bathroom and bed linen was clean the general appearance was very tired with various stains on the walls and floors.The location and free car parking was good however the experience of the standard of the room and corridors was really lacking in anything approaching quality

It looked like some attempt has been made to polish up the reception area, but the elevator, staircases, hallways and rooms were shabby, with stained carpets, peeling paint, etc. and could barely be considered to meet the minimum standard of ‘clean.’ The restaurant - apparently a truck stop and full of smokers - declined to serve us as we didn’t have a reservation! We decided it was probably for the best and skipped the overpriced breakfast buffet. We were in Europe for 5 weeks and this was the worst hotel experience we had.

There is not much to do in or around the accommodation, but if you walk to the nearby bus stop you'll be in the centre in no time! Also the service was great and we could store our luggage before checking in.

The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful! Best ones I’ve seen in a while. The receptionists however, could’ve been nicer as they are the face of the hotel. The location is really good and close by to Sportpaleis which is why we visited Antwerp. It could’ve been cleaner as there were still other guests hairs on the bathroom floor. Also I did not see any ‘vending machine’, perhaps I missed it. Overall it was good, just some minor issues.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff really friendly. The drains in the bathroom were quite smelly and new carpets are needed in the hallway. Also cannot open the window in the room as it's too noisy from the busy road next to the hotel.

Lovely short stay right in the centre of Antwerp. Hotel staff welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and had everything you could need. Free parking on site. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will will be back again, for sure.

Fan extactor in the bathrooms on 24/24h. Cleanig poor . Tv only local chanels , when asked they said its a failure and they are working on it . Ive been 3 days.

The building looks a bit poor, but once you're inside the room you can forget about that. I booked a room for 2 nights without breakfast and it was ok. Toiletries and tea/coffee making options available.
I didn't take the breakfast, because it was expensive and according to friends "not worth the price".
Stable internet, because I worked from out of the room and connection was ok.
I would stay here again when going to Sportpaleis, because of the free parking and walkable (3.6km)

Everything is good, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing to improve is the smell in some rooms. It's disgusting!
